The space
240-square-meter apartment with 50 mb Wi-Fi, great for those who can't leave work at home! The space is derived from the renovation of a giant barn within a 17th-century agricultural court, which is located in the historic center of Belveglio and has historically been the center of the village's agricultural and wine-making life.
The apartment takes advantage of the barn's magnificent structure to let light filter through the 5-meter-high arched windows. The result of a renovation completed in 2018, it is designed to offer those who stay there all the comfort and all the beauty of this totally intact and unique building. The apartment is equipped with a wine cellar for the excellent storage of wine.
The apartment faces south is bathed in light for many hours a day, is warm in winter and cool in summer, perfectly insulated and cooled by huge windows (and air conditioners that are rarely needed). Two huge fireplaces provide a spectacle that, in cold and mid-season, will probably make you forget the TV. The double sauna, double steam room and double hot tub, with the right company, will offer comfort that will make you love rainy days at least as much as sunny ones. The giant corner sofa will be the place you'll find it hard to leave. For those who love to prepare delicious dishes, however, putting yourself in front of the induction hob in the super-equipped kitchen will be an irresistible lure! Make room for excitement!
