Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a corridor with a convenient storage room leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine. This room boasts an access to the balcony with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a private balcony as well. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.



Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 5-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.
