The apartment is located in a unique context between olive trees and the green of the Portofino promontory.
From the street, where there is a private parking, you climb a staircase to the private garden where you can dine, relax in the shade or sunbathe on deck chairs and sun loungers.
The apartment is sunny but cool. It has an entrance that opens onto an open space between the kitchen and the living room (which acts as a bedroom) and a bathroom with shower / bathtub.
The apartment also offers every comfort of a modern accommodation with Internet (on request), TV, washing machine, air conditioning etc.
