Diretamente sobre o Golfo do México, a nossa casa longe de casa foi totalmente remodelada. Temos decorado com cuidado, para que se sinta em casa. A cozinha está cheia de tudo que você precisa para preparar suas refeições. Há uma cama king size no quarto com um t. v., leitor de DVD e filmes. Há uma cama de murphy na sala de estar. Isto permite que o conforto de duas camas grandes em dois quartos separados. Para todos os fãs de esportes ... a sala tem um 46'HD tela plana t. v., um leitor de DVD e uma biblioteca de filmes. Cabo de internet de alta velocidade está disponível para seu uso. Nosso condomínio tem todas as comodidades de casa e muito mais. Great place and location

Very nice place and a great location. Easy check in and was even ready just a little early for us to check in to. Very clean and well stocked. Laundry and elevator just outside. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Just what we were looking for.

We were very pleased with the condo. The owners had stocked the kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could ever need. The updated kitchen is beautiful. We really appreciated the small coolers and beach chairs that made our days on the beach so enjoyable.

Our experience seems to improve with every visit.

We were so excited to start our vacation, the unit was fantastic, clean, fresh and well equipped, our mornings begin with breakfast on the balcony with gorgeous ocean views, then spending the day on the beautiful white sand beach then take a refreshing dip in the pool followed by relaxing and taking in a some sun. Our first trip down was good but this vacation was even better now that we’ve gotten to know the place a little better. This is also a wonderful place to make a lot of new friends.

Overall nice property. Great location on the beach. Older building and very small slow elevator. Unit was nicely decorated and had everything you need. The cleanliness was ok, but not great. It could use a good deep cleaning and more attention to detail between guests.

Gorgeous condo on the ocean!

Loved this condo at Seabreeze! High end kitchen cabinets, plenty of glasses & wine glasses. Plenty of cookware to make a meal. Comfy living room furniture. King size bed perfect. I had concerns of not having laundry facilities but the laundry area was very close & easy to use. Location was perfect on the beach! A quiet area with a huge beachfront! Easy walk to restaurants & John’s Pass. Views from balcony breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets.

Nice Place

It was clean on the surface, but could use some deep cleaning. Every dish we took out of the cabinet needed washing. The bedspread had a stain on it. Nice upgrades.. Great location. The box fan was much appreciated for covering up outside noise at night. Despite the red tide my mom and I managed to enjoy our vacation.

Very loud air conditioner on startup’s and shutdowns

I reported the air conditioner noise to the rental company on Monday and they said that they would put in a work order. I never had anyone contact me. So I had to turn unit off at night so I could sleep

Needs updated and deep cleaned!

Our week started with a broken door lock, which wasn’t fixed until day 2 of our stay. This has to have been noticed by the cleaning crew. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and had an awful smell coming from it. My wife fixed it herself. The entire condo was not clean and the ceiling fans were coated with dust so we didn’t use them. The air conditioning stopped working on the last day. More towels and washcloths are needed. Condo has great potential, but has really been neglected compared to the others that we have stayed in. Location is great and we loved the beach, but the condo left much to be desired.

Great stay!

Martin and Julie were so wonderful to work with and quick to respond. The condo was great for our family of 4. The unit is in the middle of the building, which was convenient. We thought that maybe it would be loud since we were by the elevators but we never heard anything and it was Spring Break after all. Lots of parking spots. They had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it they probably had it. The location was perfect! We were in walking distance to John’s Pass & restaurants. The Publix is a 5 min car ride and there is a 7/11 across the street. Kona Ice came by the pool every day. We can’t wait to return!

Nice getaway!

The condo was very nice. Nice furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach items were very convenient and appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool and hot tub were still being repaired and not usable. The owner made us aware that they might not be completed by the time of our stay, but we were still hoping they would be.

Couple Getaway

Chose this area because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Clearwater Beach area. This condo was beautifully decorated, wish it had an in unit washer/dryer although there is one available not far from the front door. Enjoyed our morning breakfast each day on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Madeira Beach holiday

The property owners were very understanding and assisted us with a late check-in when our flight was cancelled. We arrived a day later at midnight. The check-in was seamless. The unit was clean and comfortable. You will need to buy a few essentials if staying longer as there were just a few to get you started. No beach towels but there were chairs and an umbrella for use. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen/cooking essentials. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Very nice place and area

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The extras there made a big difference. They had a box fan, tent for the beach, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. It’s nice to have things there to use that we couldn’t bring with us on a plane. Communication was great with the owner. The only two complaints we had was there were too many codes for everything: code for our unit, code for the elevator, code for the pool and bathrooms, and code for the beach access. The unit could also use a deep clean. There was dust on the walls and the shower was a little dirty. These few things would not keep us from staying here again. This is a great unit and a great area. We were close to everything but it didn’t seem touristy.

Great location

This was the best equipped property we have stayed in. It is a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again. There were 2 things that were not 5 star to us. 1, it needs a deep cleaning. When we went to plug in a phone behind the end table there was ALOT of dust, and there was hair in the shower. 2, the complex desperately needs 2 elevators. These 2 things would not keep me from staying in this unit but should definitely be addressed.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated and clean. Parking was terrible for our Chevy truck and my husband scraped his truck on the stucco causing significant damage. Decided on different parking spot because of this. The elevator was super slow so we used the stairs a lot. This would not prevent us from staying again.

Condo was exactly as listed. Comfortable king size bed. Beautiful beach views. Everything you need for a GREAT vacation. Plenty of bath towels, beach chairs & cooler to use on the beach. We have been regular visitors to the Gulf coast and we simply decided to make our dream come true. The Sea Breeze building is superbly maintained. The area allows you to simply relax or enjoy the charm of John's Pass which is near by. The rental cabanas come in handy if it is windy or a little cool and you still want to be sitting on the beach. 7eleven is right across the street and open 24 hours, for late check ins.

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

We loved this condo for its layout and location the minute we visited it. This very spacious condo allows you to feel the beach at all times from the kitchen and large living room. The bedroom has a King bed while there is a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large shower with a bench.
We take great care in our home away from home and have equipped it to meet your needs. The setup is very relaxing as you can enjoy the sunset from your private balcony.
Also, it is just about guaranteed that you will see dolphins swimming and playing in the ocean while you sit on the balcony during a stay at our condo.
