TD Villa Maestrale Luxury Pool & Sea View

Villa Grecale is located within a small private residential complex, in a predominantly seafront position, close to the famous sandy coastline in the Capitolo locality in Monopoli. The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is fully fenced and has an electric gate and private parking inside the residential courtyard. Passing through the gate you enter the garden area decorated with fruit trees and aromatic plants. Internally the house is divided into a large living area with sofas and TV and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large table with chairs in front of a French window with a splendid view of the pool and the sea. The living room leads to the two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view and direct access to the outdoor area. A bathroom with a shower serves the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with a further bright and airy double bedroom with sea view and a large en-suite shower room.
The living room gives access to the outdoor terrace, where a patio welcomes a large table with chairs, and comfortable sofas and armchairs to enjoy maximum relaxation with a view of the sea and swimming pool. The latter is equipped with a whirlpool bath and sun loungers. Also an area with barbecue and sink and outdoor shower. Upon request and for an additional fee it will be possible to receive a personal trainer in the villa for personalised functional training, strength training, hiit training and CrossFit training, as well as aqua fitness and aqua training courses. The nearest town is Monopoli, which is only 2 km away. Here you can find large supermarkets, pharmacies, and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea in the lively old town, rich in history and typical restaurants. Also not far away are Polignano a Mare, Castellana grotte, Ostuni, Alberobello and many other places of interest. The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi, almost equidistant, about 50 km from the villa.

If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of €25 only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be €25.
