Home On 30-A In Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Community Pool & Hot Tub, Firepit!!!

Brand new gorgeous home on 30A in Highland Parks Subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! Perfect for 2 small families or one larger family! Or perfect for girls getaway!! Home is steps from pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Wall Mounted TV's and Grilling Stations at the pool lounging area! Minutes from 3 beach accesses, including Gulf Place Beach Access, access by Goatfeathers on 30-A, and access by the Famous Ice Creamery Shop on 30-A. Bikes can be rented at nearby shops if you choose to bike to any of the 3 beach accesses. Car and golf cart parking is also available at all three beach accesses.

Rental prices include 3 Bedrooms upstairs (one of which is a mini master) and 2 1/2 baths, and sleeps 2 on sofa sleeper in LR as well. A 4th bedroom is the master bedroom on the main level, which is a lock-off BR with private bath, and is added to your stay for an additional fee. The quote you receive will show the fee for the Master Bedroom Suite labeled as "Additional Bed" on the quote, but it is definitely more of an oasis of it's own on the main level. Please email owners at the time you book if your group does not want to rent the Master Bedroom Suite.

Living room sleeps 2 on brand new QS sleeper sofa with gel mattress. Half bath on the main level.

The Queen BR and Bunkroom upstairs share another fullsize bath upstairs.

The front porch has wonderful wicker furniture and ceiling fan for lounging, while the back porch has PB Wicker sectional with ceiling fan great for privacy. All minutes from the beach, and steps to the fabulous resort-like community pool, where there are grilling stations, wall mounted tv's and lounge area, hot tub, and firepit.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, convection oven, built-in microwave, a full size fridge, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets. Seating for 3 at the granite countertop peninsula, and dining for 7 at the table. A huge walk-in pantry in the kitchen has board games, all for your enjoyment.

Wi-Fi is free and Direct TV high def stations are on every tv.

You will also have access to the home's garage with an extra Fullsize fridge great for drinks. The drive way can hold 2 small cars/SUV's, and there is room for one car to parallel park in front of the home. (The subdivision does not allow parking on the street.) If you have an oversize pickup truck, you can park in the driveway in lieu of the 2 small cars/SUV's.

In the garage is a full size cooler and beach towels for your use. Wet beach towels should be hung in the garage to dry, as the subdivision doesn't allow you to hang towels on the front or back porches.

YOU WILL THOROUGHLY ENJOY YOUR STAY HERE!!!! Very family oriented area, with lots of bikes trails, restaurants and wonderful golf courses close by. Destin, Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Panama City Beach are all very close as well. We would love to have you stay with us! About Pam and David

They say one is either drawn to the beach or to the mountains!! Although we love both, our favorite is the beach. We love walking on the beach, sitting on the beach, and most of all on the gulf, as it truly has the most amazing sunsets and sugary white sand. We love golf and there are so many courses to choose from in the area. Amazingly gorgeous courses!

Why Pam and David chose Blue Mountain Beach

We fell in love with the entire Gulf years ago, both the aqua-blue color of the water, the serenity and the sugary white sand. We started out with a condo in PCB, which we still have and love renting to our repeat guests. However 30A was our dream come true! The location of Highland Parks Subdivison in the Blue Mountain Beach area makes this a real gem. You can experience the quieter side of 30A, but yet so close to the hustle and bustle of everything from Seacrest, Seaside, all the way to Destin.

Our property is also close to many wonderful golf courses, which we will be glad to help you book during your stay, lots of time at a reduced price. Close to the home and various golf courses, there is plenty of shopping including Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Destin Commons, and many unique shops on 30A. What makes this house unique

This home is wonderfully decorated and only 3 doors from the resort like pool! The pool area has flat screens, lounging area and tables with a covered grilling area. There is also a hot tub and firepit at the pool - absolutely no reason to leave the home or pool area after a day at the beach or pool. Bikes or a golfcart can be rented from local vendors. Premium outlet shopping is a 15 minute drive away, and local boutiques are very close along 30a. A brand new restaurant called Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is only a mile away at the Gulf Place Beach Access.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in the BEST property we have ever stayed in. The home was decorated beautifully. It was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room. It was immaculate and sparkling clean. With a master downstairs and mini master up stairs, additional bunk room and queen room it would be great for extended families or several couples.

The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors pleasant. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. We felt safe and even met the security personnel while we were there.

The amenities were amazing from the gorgeous pool which was sparkling clean, the overlook above the pool, the grill and T V and tables and chairs for poolside dining. The 4 bicycles in the garage were fun to ride and there were so many bike trails to ride on. The owners provide beach chairs and even have an extra refrigerator in the garage.

This property was everything and more than described and we highly recommend you to experience this home. The area has so much to offer!! Restaurants and activities are steps away!! We will be back!!

Great 30A Beach House

Our family had a great time at Pam and Davids beach house. First home décor was beautiful. Nice master downstairs for our parents with it own covered porch that our dad took advantage of everyday reading. Kitchen and family room were great. Plenty of seating for our family of 10! we were able to play games at the dining table while the little kids watched cartoons at night. Location was perfect. we were only 2 doors from resort like pool and about 0.5 miles from the beach. We had 3 cars that fit nicely in driveway plus rented a golf cart to cruise back and forth to beach. My wifes favorite part of the morning was sitting on front porch and drinking her coffee. Truly a relaxing vacation. we will definitely be back. Thanks Pam and David for a terrific stay. the exceeded all our expectations.

STUNNING home on 30A!

WOW! We absolutely loved every single thing about the home (the layout, the decorations, the furnishings, the extras, etc)!! The home comfortably slept all ten of us, three small families. The Blue Mountain Beach area is perfection! We visited Grayton Beach, the local restaurants, the Shard Shop, rented a pontoon on Crab Island, chartered a fishing trip, the list goes on and on. I only wish we could have stayed another week! Pam and Dave were wonderful. Every question that I had was promptly answered with a lengthy, detailed answer...I felt like I had a travel agent/tour guide from the beginning. Our three year old cried when we had to leave the house; I cannot wait to come back and stay next summer! Thank you again for being so attentive and for maintaining such a beautiful home.

This was our third trip to 30 A... and it never disappoints. Beautiful home. Great location. From the start, great communication with the owners. Plenty of room for our crew of 9. Avoid the chaos of traffic. Close to Destin and Panama City. Shopping!!!! Love Seaside. Take the short trip there. Close to ice cream shops, 2 of them. We rented a pontoon and went to Crab Island. Best day yet. Our boys went deep sea fishing. Oh my..... so fresh and yummy !!! Hope to be back!! Would rent from the owners in a heartbeat!! Thank you for sharing your home. We’re headed back to Indiana refreshed. The best thing we’re taking home.... memories 💕?

Great home!

Family walked into home for the first time and said wow this is nice! And they loved the new home smell. Perfect size for our family of 6. Loved sitting on porches to begin and end the day. Located close to pool was a plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful well appointed vacation home

We had a lovely time and were impressed with all the amenities and thoughtful touches. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure all needs were met. All the beach accessories were a nice touch. Even with rainy weather the front and back porches were great places to pass time and have good conversations. The resort pool being so close was also a nice amenity with small kids. All guests were extremely impressed with the rental.
