Large cosy 3 bedroom terrace house in the Plumstead neighbourhood recently renovated with a large garden. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a toilet upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. The property is strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed. It is furnished with freshly made bed linens, towels, with a flat-screen TV in the living room and dining area. A brand new fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances and utensils that will make you feel at home🏡
The property is accessible to a lovely large garden where you can unwind in the evenings.
The property have excellent transport connectivity to the city of London by road and the Riverboat to the South Bank. It is less than a minute walk to Plumstead Station, 10 minutes walk to Woolwich Arsenal DLR and the new Elizabeth line from Royal Arsenal Station. Aside from this, there is a free 20 minutes walk to the Woolwich Ferry⛴ to travel to East London across the River. it's a lovely scenery and enjoyable experience to see the city.
The various transport links offers a quick and easy access to Central London and financial city in - Canary Wharf within less than 10 minutes. Door to Door Journey from the property will take approximately 20 minutes or less to various locations in the city of London.
Alternatively, you can commute using the London buses, it takes approximately 30 seconds walk to the nearby bus stops with several buses in operation - 53, 422, 96, 99, 96 and 472 making your journey to Greenwich, O2 Arena, Central London and Stratford Shopping Centre, easy, quick and comfortable.
