We provide a smart 43" Samsung 4K TV with WiFi connection to the internet for your viewing pleasure, a multiple USB charging station. Some travelers will enjoy a complimentary gift certificate to the award winning RIVER ROCK ROASTING COMPANY located in LaVerkin, Utah or for longer extended stays complimentary gift certificates to the very popular WhipTail Grill in Springdale, Utah. We also feature a covered patio including a gas grill for your own outdoor cooking.There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or RV.

Hiking The Canyons

House is in a great location. Apprx half hr to Zion and just under 2 hrs to Bryce Canyon. Was perfect for us, but with working remote also Kitchen only had one outlet for plugging in laptop. Only plus would be to have a hot tub - cute back sitting area and plenty of parking :)

This property is located next to our family home jointly about 2 acres. My wife has lived in Hurricane for the better part of 60 years. She attended grade school, middle school and high school here in the Hurricane valley. She also worked for Dr. Greg Last a local second generation physician for nearly 20 years. Most of are children and grandchildren still live in Hurricane.

Why they chose this property

This property had been a rental home for several years, worn and run down we wanted to make some modest improvements to bring it back to its early 1920 beginnings.

What makes this property unique

This home was built by the Lemmon family very prominent in the community then and still today.
