Beachfront 3 Bed Apt San Luis De Sabinillas
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Although parking is provided underneath this
apartment with access via a lift, there is no need for a car as it is located 50 m from the
sandy Blue Flag beach, 100m from the supermarket and 200 m from the town of San Luis de
Sabinillas. This is a fully gated and secure complex with 24 hour reception, meaning there is
always someone there to assist.
The apartment has three bedrooms, a double with en-suite bathroom and a further two twins
sharing another bathroom. There is a lounge, flatscreen TV with international channels, free
Wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
There is a large,( 64m2) south facing, covered terrace with direct access from the lounge
and a 60m2 private enclosed garden,very nice for children to play.
There is a communal swimming pool that is open during the summer months (July and
August every day, early June and late September weekends). Clients are also able to use
the swimming pool in the adjacent block so benefit from 2 pools.
There is a large childrens playground and two paddle courts for clients use.
This area is a golfers paradise as there are so many golf clubs nearby with Dona Julia being
the closest, only 5 mins from the apartment.
