FULLY REFURBISHED FOR 2023

This premium lodge is dog-friendly and sleeps up to 4 adults in spacious rooms with great comfort.
There is a modern open plan living/dining lounge area with double patio doors leading to the deck and outside area.
2 bedrooms - one with comfortable super-king and one with 2 single beds
One shower room to share.

The location is stunning with open views over the Tummel Valley, to Ben-y-Vrackie (Pitlochry's landmark mountain) and towards Craigower and Pitlochry golf course in the distance.
It is so quiet and you'll really connect with nature during your stay. There are so many beautiful walks nearby - from a round trip low level walk try Loch Faskally, or for views try Craigower or Ben-y-Vrackie, Pitlochry's landmark mountain. The gorge of Killiecrankie is just a short drive away as are Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and extractor.
Ample crockery, glass wear and cutlery.
Feature woodburner in the lounge.
Shower room with large walk in shower.

Up to 2 dogs permitted @ £25 per dog payable directly to the property
If you have entered 2 person occupancy when you book the price is reduced and only one bedroom will be available to use - a choice of the main bedroom with a super king sized bed or the twin room.  The other bedroom will be locked off and out of use. Should your party increase or you wish to make use of the whole property with 2 bedrooms, please do let us know and we can adjust the price accordingly.

Stunning Lodge With Lovely View

We were kept well informed about our booking, direction in getting there were very clear. Lodge was lovely & cosy when we arrived, had everything that we needed for a wonderful comfortable stay - it even had a dog bed, treats etc for our dog & we were able to keep her contained within the decking & little garden area with stunning views. Would thoroughly recommend and will be back.

We had a fantastic few days away.The lodge was amazing. The hot tub was great and the location and views were excellent. The hosts were lovely and extremely helplful.We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Lodge could not have been happier with how clean and well maintained it was. Was great to have access to both the hot tub and BBQ. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely lodge, very clean and well equipped. Log burner was a good addition. The Hot Tub was a bonus. The owners were very helpful and always came back to us quickly if we had a question. Lovely quiet site with a good view, will be going back to it at some point in the future.

Great lodge in a beautiful area

We have had a great stay at dog friendly Lodge Ben Y Rvackie. Communication from Jamie and Laura was great from when we booked the lodge until when we departed. A very well equipped lodge with beautiful views and an added bonus of a hottub. Ourselves and our dog were made to feel very welcome. Ideal location for Pitlochry and the surrounding area. A big selection of walks from easy, moderate to hard. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Lodge and location

Everything you could want in a lodge, well equipped don't bother packing the kitchen sink you won't need it and the location the town it's self is very dog friendly including the excellent taxi service if you fancy a pint and a bite at the Moulin Inn

Lovely Relaxing Lodge

We really enjoyed staying in one of lodges. Everything in the lodge was beautifully presented and it was a very comfortable relaxing place to stay at for the first few days of our holiday. The owners were very friendly and approachable when we arrived.

Amazing lodge, location and facilities!

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) and was fantastic. Could have easily stayed longer. Lodge is comfortable, clean, well equipped. Outside space was just perfect for us and our Labrador Cally who simply had the best time. Views are stunning!!! We had some amazing sunsets. We will be back as soon as we can.

A wonderful three day stay, comfy beds, lovely views, idylic location. Nothing too much trouble. Great walks from the lodge. Star gazing from the hot tub and glorious weather, what’s not to love.

Perfect for what we wanted

The lodge is very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need for your stay with plenty of space for 4 people. The garden area, though small, is fully enclosed and safe for a dog.

Beautiful lodge

Such a beautiful lodge in a great location. It was bigger than we expected which was a bonus and decorated very tastefully. The hot tub was great too. Overall ideal for our anniversary trip. Our only issue was the bed. It’s a great size, but very uncomfortable. Easy enough to fall asleep on, but both woke up with aches and pains from the rock solid mattress. With that in mind, I definitely would still recommended staying here to friends and family, but would just warn them to expect an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful three night stay in the cabins and only wish it had been longer. The location is only about a mile from town but feels like a remote, peaceful setting with beautiful views. The hot tub was a definite plus and we really enjoyed the small wood burner as well. Laura and Jamie were very gracious and helpful hosts. Hope to return one day!

A lovely Easter break away

We visited Kinnaird over the Easter Weekend. The Lodge was amazing. Great pressure from the shower and the hot tub was great to relax in after our walks with our dog. The hosts left a pair of Easter Eggs for us which was a lovely gesture and nice surprise. Highly recommend

Winter Break

We had a lovely stay here. The Lodge was kept to a high standard and very clean and comfortable. Good walking trails nearby and you can walk your dog in the Christmas tree field next to the accommodation. Would definitely come back loved tge hit tub!

Excelllent experience

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a quiet location. We were made very welcome by the hosts. It was perfect being able to relax in the hot tub under the starry October night sky. The wood burning stove was a positive addition especially for those who do not have one at home.
