A charming stone-built cottage, Elnagar is a perfect choice for couples looking for a cosy and welcoming base to explore the popular Victorian town of Pitlochry. The owners, who live next door, have equipped the cottage with all you need for a relaxing break, with tasteful furnishings, a modern kitchen, shower room and double bedroom. Outside, there is a pretty garden where guests can sit and enjoy the view over the town to the hills beyond.
Set in a quiet location with private off-road parking and garden, yet only some 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of town, it is ideally situated to enjoy local attractions, or to use as a centre for walking or touring holidays around Perthshire and the Highlands.
Pitlochry is the ideal centre to explore the beautiful countryside of Highland Perthshire. Local attractions include Pitlochry Festival Theatre, salmon ladder, Plant Collector’s Garden, castles and whisky distilleries. Outdoor pursuits available locally include walking, climbing, horse riding, cycling, fishing, golfing and boating. For the more adventurous there is white water rafting, quad biking, bungee jumping and a zip park. Washing and drying facilities available on site can be arranged.

Lovely well presented cottage with a quiet elegant highland feel. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a great stay.Hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is a very peaceful spot with lovely views and a constant flow of little birds at the feeder to keep you amused. It is a short walk in to town and an ever shorter drive. We would love to go back again. Give it a try you won't regret it.

Lovely cottage.

Yvonne & Dave make you feel very welcome on arrival. The cottage is perfect for a couple, very clean and situated within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Pitlochry.

Perfect in Pitlochry

This cottage is the perfect place to stay for an individual or couple. Old world charm, modern conveniences, in the heart of Pitlochry. So many great things to do that are within walking distance. But, what makes this place extraordinary are the owners, Dave and Yvonne! They are kind, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Everything was just perfect!!

Small but comfortable cottage

The cottage was small but comfortable enough for a couple. It was clean throughout and well maintained. The description on VRBO is accurate. The owners, who are both friendly and approachable, live in an adjacent property on the same site. Pitlochry makes and excellent base for exploring central Scotland. The town has a large Coop supermarket and numerous places to eat.

Holiday at Elnagar

On arrival we we're very happy with the cottage,our hosts Dave and Yvonne were most welcoming and ready to give us any information we needed,the cottage itself was spotlessly clean and the welcome tray was a lovely touch, it must be the most well equipped self-catering accommodation I've ever been in,everything was there,bedding,towels,kitchen roll,milk in fridge,even a hot water bag,we really enjoyed our stay,well done Dave and Yvonne,you've nailed it.

Dieses Apartment ist ideal für zwei Personen sehr ruhig in einem Wohnquartier gelegen. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch diskret. Die Gastgeber Yvonne und Dave sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ist ideal für zwei Personen. Das Zentrum von Pitlochry ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Ort liegt zentral, um sehr viele Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
