Well equipped, comfortable villa. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable holiday. We had some issues with the wifi but Cynthia did everything she could to assist. The villa is situated in a peaceful location within walking distance of the town, although the walk back is uphill so we tended to get a taxi back! Nice pool too. Would reccommend this villa for couples or families.

Sehr schöner Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre kommen. Die Geräte funktionieren, reichlich Handtücher, Spüli, Gewürze vorhanden. Der Pool ist großartig!

Das Objekt ist ganz gut ausgestattet aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Da wir nicht mehr die Jüngsten sind, störte es uns etwas, dass die beiden Parkplätze ziemlich weit entfernt lagen. Dafür war da aber immer ein Platz frei. Die Lage des Hauses war ruhig, die Küche war mit Geräten gut ausgestattet. Sonne hatten wir den ganzen Tag über auf dem Grundstück. Der Fernsehen hatte erst Empfang, nachdem Cynthia, nachdem Cynthia daran gebastelt hatte, aber leider gab es nur englische und amerikanische Sender, keinen einzigen deutschen. Ich möchte nicht unerwähnt lassen, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wie wir beim Bettwäsche- und Handtücherwechsel vom 80-jährigen "Putzmann" erfuhren, geht er seiner Tätigkeit schon über 30 Jahre nach. Alles in allem verbrachten wir einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub im Haus.

Excellent séjour

La villa était superbe. Très propre et bien équipée. Avec nos petits enfants âgés de 5 et 3 ans nous avons bien profité de la piscine super bien entretenue aussi. Les rapports avec Cynthia, notre hôte, étaient excellents et aimables lors de ses visites sur place pour changer la literie et nous montrer le fonctionnement du four. Un tout grand merci à vous Cynthia pour votre gentillesse. Je recommande cet endroit à 100% et je n'hésiterais pas de retourner dès que l’occasion se présente.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage. Im Ort gibt es Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand welche zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wir haben von hier aus die ganze Insel erkundet.

Well equipped villa with a lovely clean pool. Short walk to town with shops and friendly restaurants. Nearest restaurant at end of land has a bar and a takeaway service. Will return.

Lovely Family Holiday with Friends

We had an ideal first family holiday in Callao Salvaje. Cynthia's apartment was perfect for us - two couples and two babies under one. The outside space is particularly good with a lovely heated pool, tables & seating and BBQ. Great location, only 5 min walk to the town centre which has good bakeries, bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to the beach. Cynthia was really helpful answering questions while planning our holiday and provided a high chair and two travel cots. Would recommend for a family holiday!

A great holiday and we'd come back again.

Our family of five (Mum, Dad & three children) enjoyed an eleven-night stay hear in April2022 and had a most enjoyable holiday. There was adequate space both within and outside the villa for our group. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much and the pool was always at a nice temperature for a swim. Inside was comfortable and the Wi-Fi and (UK/English) TV came in handy (as always these days) with children. The location was a short walk away from several bars/restaurants with their even being one restaurant on the Villa development if needed. Parking is via a path down to the road, however you can fetch the car right to the Villas gate to loading/unloading. If you like a smaller resort which is away from the hoards of people on the beach then this wil be just the thing. There are two smaller supermarkets nearby plus a larger hyper-market back up at the main-highway (6-7mins drive). Next time we find ourselves in Tenerife we'll be checking availability. Enjoy.

great stay in a lovely villa. Lots of space (six of us) with a smashing outdoor area.. lovely big pool. Property was clean, easy to find, good parking and in a great area. Really highly recommended and would love to visit again. Host was great and comms were brilliant. Very helpful and overall a very positive and pleasant experience. Thanks!

Perfect little home from home.

We loved it. Great property, fully equipped. Heated pool and large terrace. Just a stroll to shops and bars locally and a short car ride to the bigger resorts. Great bar restaurant on site just 100m away. We would happily return. Cynthia was attentive and very accommodating for our later check out too which was a great finishing touch to a lovely stay.

Lovely, fully detached villa

Lovely stay in this fully detached villa, very private, with swimming pool. Really quiet area, will definitely book again. The hosts answer the messages promptly, and I'm particularly pleased to have been able to book the villa on short notice.

Lovely Villa

Arrived on time and found the Villa easily. All the instructions were simple to follow (we drove from the airport). Found the place spotless and I can honestly say the cleanest BBQ in any villa I have rented! The communication with Cynthia was superb and the refund given back within days of returning to the UK. We had a lovely relaxing time we had visitors everyday including my Niece aged 7, which made the heated pool a boon. I will definitely consider going back here.

Lovely break

We stayed at Villa 206 for a week in October. The villa was not quite ready when we arrived, (we were slightly earlier than planned) so a quick stroll to one of the local bars did the trick whilst waiting! The villa is on a fairly large complex but is completely private. Very well equipped and extremely homely. Its located a short walk from plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We had some amazing food at St Lucian (French restaurant) Highly reccomended. The beach is also near to the villa, we didnt spend any time there but it looked nice (black sand) We did an amazing boat trip to see Dolphins and Whales, organised by Tony's Tickets (on the main road towards the beach) as well as a Vineyard tour up in the mountains which was also really good. I only have two negative comments about the villa, hence my 4 star review. During our stay the neighbouring property were having some building work done, as the villa's are so close to eachother the noise was very loud and intrusive. At 6pm I asked the owner (very politely) how much longer they were going to be working, I was told very rudely that they could work until anytime they liked... They stopped at 7pm. My other point is that the villa could really benefit from Air Conditioning! There were enough fans provided but they just seemed to blow warm air around. But despite these minor problems I would reccomend this villa if you want a break in a lovely smaller/quieter area of Tenerife. The Simpsons

Excellent Holiday

Arrived early and made most welcome. A party of 4 adults. Welcome pack was ready and within a few minutes Villa was available. Everything in good condition and Villa was as described. High level of privacy with only one small corner of outside area visible from road above. Cynthia and all those involved in running Villa were helpful without being intrusive. Restaurants great value and made this a location I would be delighted to return to including this property.
