The upper floor is not part of the accommodation, is completely independent, and has a separate entrance.

There is a parking space available on the property and another in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The property is completely independent and does not have shared areas. There is also parking for motorcycles and bicycles. This rental includes features for saving electricity and water.
