Set within a beautifully converted Edwardian villa, Manor House 3 is a spacious ground-floor apartment offering stylish luxurious interiors, easy parking, and a private patio. Located just a short walk from the heart of Looe, this apartment provides the perfect base for exploring the town while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the bustle. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a furnished patio, it’s an excellent choice for couples, families, or friends looking for a relaxing Cornish getaway.The large lounge is a bright and welcoming space, featuring comfortable sofas, a 40" Smart TV, and patio doors leading to a small furnished patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.Leading off the lounge is the kitchen diner which is well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, and slimline dishwasher. A dining area provides ample space for relaxed meals together. The master bedroom with standard double bed has an ensuite with a bath, overhead shower, and WC. The second twin bedroom includes two full-size3ftsingle beds and is perfect for family or friends. A family bathroom offers a bath with an overhead shower and WC, and there is also an additional separate WC off the entrance hall.Being all on the ground floor, this apartment is suitable for some guests with limited mobility, but please contact us to discuss individual requirements. Free WiFi is included, though due to the historic thick walls, it is available mainly in the lounge.The centre of Looe is just a 5-minute walk down the hill (a little longer on the way back up!), where you’ll find a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, and traditional pubs. Great location. Master bedroom and on suite bath is amazing. The decks are beautiful. It was clean. Second bed and bath are true to pics. It was perfect for 3 of us, we had family in for a low key BBQ and it fit them very comfortably on the deck. I’d stay there again.

Lovely place

Two weeks with family who were staying in another holiday cottage, ideal location. Quite a walk up the very steep hill, but that’s Cornwall and I’m sure it did me good! Beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean, generally lovely

Cheeky week away

Very spacious property, ideally located minutes from Looe town centre. Weather was excellent for mid November. Wouldn’t have cared if it rained everyday, property would more than make up for it.

Walkers bliss

The property was in excellent condition and finished to a very high standard. The location was perfect for our needs with plenty of walks and fantastic places to eat. It was a must to have off road parking and easy acces to our apartment. We would recommend this apartment as a must.

Overall we were very happy with the property. One criticism is that there was no wardrobe in the twin room. I understand its meant to be the children's room but if your renting to adults this should be taken into consideration as we had to go into my sister's bedroom to choose our clothing each day. Also, a washing machine and full size ironing board would make it a perfect stay.

Beautiful, spacious immaculate apartment

The photos don't do this apartment justice - it is absolutely stunning. The view over the gorgeous town of Looe is fantastic. The apartment is so well kept, it looks brand new. The decoration and furniture are all spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourselves. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful with great showers. Plenty of parking for everyone staying there. It's a 10 minute walk down a pretty steep hill to the town which may be a struggle if you're not good on your feet (especially coming back up) but it's so worth it for the convenient location. Lots of lovely shops, cafés and restaurants, bars in the village. We caught buses to Polperro and Plymouth and the train to Liskeard. Very easy to get around without having to drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Darüber hinaus waren wir sehr begeistert von dem tollen Ausblick über die Stadt.
