The apartment is in great position and is a good size. However it would greatly benefit a refurbishment as the kitchen, bathroom and all the furniture etc is very tired

Great view of the bay. Apartment comfortable though a little tired, definitely needs new duvet!! However everything is overshadowed by the amazing view and location.

Fantastic location and views, but needs deep cleaning and updating.We recently stayed here and absolutely loved the perfect location, the allocated parking space, and the beautiful view from the living room window. For accessibility, it is worth noting there is a steep slope and some steps to reach the property, though the internal lift once inside is a great feature.With a little bit of updating, this place could be absolutely perfect. The wardrobes, drawers, tables, and chairs are quite old, feel a bit wobbly, and could use a sturdy replacement. Space is also a little tight in the bathroom, which could really benefit from a sliding or concertina door to maximize the layout.While the dated furniture did not put us off too much, our main issue was the cleanliness. The property really needs a thorough deep clean to bring it up to standard.We had a pleasant stay overall, and I truly hope this constructive feedback helps the hosts prepare the property for future guests

Fine but difficult for disabled as steep uphill slope and some stairs. The apartment would benefit by having a modern tv as signal poor and wifi could be better otherwise apartment fine

Tolle, aber sehr begrenzte Aussicht

Wohnung war nett, Ausstattung Küche gut, aber nicht sauber. Die Aussicht wäre noch schöner gewesen, wenn die Fenster im letzten Jahr Mal geputzt worden wären Die Lage ist exponiert, Blick vom Wohnzimmer toll, damit aber auch abgelegen. Kurzer Spaziergang am Abend in den Pub nicht empfehlenswert
