Outdoors and swimming pool
Casina delle Fate is surrounded by a large fenced garden, about half a hectare of terrain embellished with cotto vases and cups, with a large lawn with bushes and tall trees which make the perfect area for relaxing in the shade in a hammock. The swimming pool is in the garden in front of the house and is oval-shaped, 8 metres by 2 with a depth of 1.4m. It features an outdoor hot water shower, white sunbeds and a large white beach umbrella. A dense bush separates the swimming pool from a charming raised terrace, paved and with a great view, complete with a large wooden table with chairs and an umbrella for outdoor meals. From here there is a great view of the surrounding countryside, full of rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves and cypress-lined roads creating a postcard-like panorama. Guests will also find a stonework barbecue, as well as a basketball net, a small football field and a ping-pong table. The recently restored villa has white as its main theme: white walls, sofas, and beds, alternated with antique furniture in every room. The electricity and water works have all been made recently. The ground floor has access to the washing area, while all other areas are closed. An outdoor staircase leads up to a small furnished terrace with a wicker table and two chairs, which gives access to the first floor, entirely in wood with large walls and windows on three sides, leading to a dining area with a rectangular table and then to a spacious, bright living room with sofas, a decorated fireplace and satellite TV. The well-equipped stonework kitchen is next to the living room, and features an induction hob, an antique round wooden table and chairs. This floor also has a double bedroom with private bathroom with ceramic tiles and shower and a beautiful windowed veranda, which the owners call their “winter garden”, complete with white sofas. A white wooden staircase leads to the second floor with a sloping roof, a strong characteristic of the whole house; here guests will find a double bedroom, a small bathroom with WC and sink, and a bedroom with two single beds.

Location
The cozy villa is on a hillside close to Montespertoli, a town in the district of Florence. The area is famous for its Chianti DOCG, and is responsible for a large part of the world-famous brand thanks to its many wine cellars.
