Old Bursledon Cottage, Dog Friendly with Private Hot Tub. Close to River Hamble.
Escape to Rosewood Cottage a beautiful, Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Old Bursledon conservation area. A truly wonderful and unique location within a few minutes walk of the River Hamble, various pubs and restaurants and train station. Rosewood boasts a lovely pet friendly garden with facilities that include a luxurious private hot tub, Kamado BBQ, 65" TV Sky Package and Netflix, EV Charging point. Within easy reach of Peppa Pig World at Paulton's Park which is fun for all ages.
The space
Rosewood offers 3 bedrooms, (sleeps 6) two bedrooms have double beds whilst the third has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with roll top bath with shower over. The Master bedroom has a large en-suite with WC and Shower. There is a well equipped kitchen that features Neff double ovens with built in microwave and a Neff Induction hob. The kitchen also boasts a dishwasher and washing machine and French doors out to the garden. The comfortable lounge also has French doors that open to the garden, Sofa and armchairs, dining table for 6 people, a music system and 65" Samsung OLED TV complete with Sky Q and Netflix.

Our guests can access the entirety of the house and garden with the exception of the Garage and one bedroom that we use for storage.
