モダンな便利さと歴史的な魅力を兼ね備えた素敵なホリデーコテージで、広々とした客室とスタイルの客室を提供しています。

この17世紀の藁葺きコテージは、2つのリビングルームと快適な座席を備えた高水準の家具が置かれています。

それは私たちの家族の休日の家です。私たちは3人の幼い子どもたちとコテージを定期的に使用していますので、幼児が必要とするものを減らすために必要なものがたくさんあります。 私たちはまた、設備の整ったキッチンを持っているので、コテージでの料理は簡単です。また、コーヒーマシンをカップにするために豆が必要です。 6つと2つのハイチェアを置くダイニングテーブルがあります。

庭は広く、2つの座席エリアとガスバーベキューがあります。

Lyndhurstのすぐ北に位置するPaultons Park（ペッパーズ・ピッグ・ワールドの家）とMudefordのビーチから車で25分（1日の適切な時間帯に）車でわずか5分です。 もちろん、森、歩道、パブなどのアクティビティもすべてあります。

We loved our time at this charming home! From the fairy tale garden to the comfortable spaces, it is everything us Americans imagine for a typical English countryside home. Malcolm and Tina were wonderful hosts, they went above and beyond when we encountered a minor medical problem, and we enjoyed visiting with them and hearing their experiences of a lifetime in the area. We enjoyed our visit so much, we are already planning a return!

Check in was easy. Kitchen was ok. The house smelt musty especially in the wardrobes in the front bedroom so had to leave the doors open. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful cottage in great location.

My husband and I booked the cottage for a three night stay with our daughter, her husband and young boys. It was the perfect property in a great location. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

This is the most well equipped cottage i have ever stayed at. In lovely decor and wonderful gardens. Centrally located. This classic historic building has all mod cons, very comfortable, would recommend staying here.

Impromptu weekend away

My family and I had a wonderful couple of nights here whilst we explored the new forest and the Dorset coast. Brilliantly stocked in the kitchen and beds were comfortable. Really pretty garden.

Enjoyable stay in the New Forest

The cottage is well located, you can reach most places within the New Forest in half an hour. It is comfortably furnished throughout, the beds particularly so. The rear garden is private and well planned. In all, a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our short trip very much

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Cottage very much. The garden is a dream which is really helping calming down. The free range eggs from the neighbour are very nice!

Perfect for Paultons park visit

We had a lovely time. We were staying to visit Paultons park and it was a 7 minute drive away. The cottage is spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would book again

Lovely New Forest Stat

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable interior, great spaces for socializing and cooking. Well equipped! Ample parking. Great position for exploring. Would love to come back again with my children as it has everything you need for little ones too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pre-Christmas break

This property was perfect for a short getaway. There was plenty of space for us (5 adults and one baby) and we loved the cosy living room. The house was really clean and had everything we needed, and was a great location for nearby Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. Everything about the stay was very straightforward - we would definitely use again.

Lovely Cottage just off the New Forest.

This was a great find. We had 4 adults and two young children. The cottage was large and had more than enough of inside and outside space. Everything needed for a great holiday.

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There was lots of amenities and extras to make us feel really welcome. We especially appreciated the toy cupboard with Duplo and books to keep our little ones busy. The beds were really soft and comfortable. We didn't want to leave.

Holiday Home Near New Forest

Nice Cottage, with everything provided. Well located, and on one of the better prices for such objects around the New Forest. Cleanliness slightly let the place down.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you didn’t find the house’s cleanliness to your standards, we aim for the house to hit high standards of cleanliness for all guests and encourage guests to contact us on arrival if they feel there are issues as this means we can address them. Unfortunately you only brought your issues to my attention after leaving, but were able to contact us about a blocked toilet that was causing issues part way into your stay which we resolved immediately calling out an emergency plumber. In your contact post stay you raised issues with cleanliness, stating that you ‘weren’t doing it for compensation’, but to let us know. I replied I was surprised by some of you rcomments because we had left the cottage the morning you arrived and we hadn’t noticed the points raised and cleaners had been in before your arrival. As said above we would encourage all guests who aren’t happy on arrival to contact us immediately because that way we can address any issues quickly rather than it impacting on the enjoyment of your holiday.

Brief stay away

The cottage was a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. We stayed during the super hot time in July. This extreme weather temperature was a struggle for us, especially in the kitchen/conservatory area and at night, but the cottage was comfy otherwise.

Lovely, cosy home.

I stayed with my friend, her daughter and my two children for three nights. Right from the moment we arrived we were all delighted with this old thatched cottage with its low beams and barn-like door! The extension at the back makes it open and airy and the garden is simply beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the extra shower and separate toilet are great if you're a bigger group. The shower pressure is strong and the beds are comfy. And there's a pub within walking distance. We loved our stay here in the heart of the New Forest, thank you!

An absolutely stunning cottage in a beautiful location

'Little thatch' is the most beautiful cottage that we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped with a picture perfect long garden, we will definitely be returning next year. It is a home from home with every detail thought of. The owner describes it as their home and it certainly feels that way. Our twins loved playing with different toys! Located on the northern edge of The New Forest, it is in easy reach of all the attractions of the forest and a short drive from amazing beaches on the coast. Spacious and picture perfect, a stay at 'little thatch' will not disappoint.

We see the cottage as our second home which we share with the guests who book to stay. We orignally bought it pre children so we could escape London at the weekends and enjoy the outdoors. We now have a 6 year old and 4 year old twins who also love the cottage and The Forest. This means the cottage is very suitable for families with children but also for grown ups.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We love the fact that the cottage has the character of an old thatched cottage with a light modern extension at the back. This means we have a cosy front room which we use in winter and the evenings, but a light living room next to the kitchen and the garden for summer and the day time.

We also love the garden and have changed it a lot since buying the cottage, adding fruit trees, roses and a raised decking area at the back to make the most of the views across the fields.
