 For optimal comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning units throughout and ceiling fans are also installed in all living areas, providing a refreshing breeze during warm summer days and nights.
 Nb; for energy saving the air con units are controlled by on time timers, All patio doors and windows have sliding insect screens to keep out those pesky critters.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Allocated parking is available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
-No glasses allowed in pool area, only use plastic glasses provided.

NB. Pool opens 1st April and closes end of October each season.
