On the Etruscan Coast, near the pine forests and the beaches of Gorette in Cecina Mare (3 km), the comfortable apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located in a strategic position to reach, with day trips, the famous Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Pisa.
A short distance from the Terme di Sassetta and Venturina (40 km).
The center of Cecina with all kinds of shops, restaurants and supermarkets is 1 km away. The closest supermarket is 300 meters away.
On the ground floor of the semi-detached house, Casa Sara</> has an independent entrance from the small private and fenced garden of approx. 45 sq m, on two sides of the house, ideal for your four-legged friends. The owner lives on the other side of the house, with his own fenced garden and owns two beautiful German Shepherds, 9 and 6 year old females.
The price includes the consumption of electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (changed on request for a fee), gas, cleaning, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
Free parking, on the street. Heating according to consumption.
- To be paid on site upon arrival Tourist Tax âŹ0.50 per person per day over 14 years from 1 April - 31 October and up to 10 consecutive nights.
