The apartment has views over the surrounding the mountains from a two terraces (one of which is a rooftop terrace), access to a secure underground parking space, and free use of the community’s swimming pool.

Through the front door guests will find a fully equipped kitchen on the left, the bathroom on the right, and the living room and corridor to the bedroom in front. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. A raised dining table with stools (seating for 4) is available in the living room.

The living room features an L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and is bathed in light through floor to ceiling windows that give access to the terrace. The first terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area (seating for 4), while the rooftop terrace (accessible by an interior staircase) provides a chillout seating area, perfect for a drink in the afternoon sun.
