The communal grounds boast beautiful landscaped gardens with access to recreational areas sporting a large communal swimming pool suitable for all ages. From the summer of 2023 there will also be a gym in the complex.

Le Mirage Penthouse in Santa Vista is only 5 minutes walk from the picturesque community of Cancelada, which still reflects traditional Andalusia and is less touristy than its big neighbours Puerto Banús and Marbella. Located directly on the coveted New Golden Mile, luxurious hotels, stylish restaurants, fine sandy beaches and a variety of upscale boutiques and shops are just a few minutes drive away. For golf lovers, the nearby resorts of Cancelada Golf Club, Tramores Golf Club or La Resina Golf & Country Club promise an enjoyable game.

The New Golden Mile is also conveniently close to its famous neighbours – Puerto Banus and Marbella – the playgrounds of the rich and famous since the 1950s. Within 10 minutes you could be celebrity spotting in the marina, shopping in designer boutiques or sampling one of the many waterside restaurants.
