With its blend of history, culture, and modern amenities, our apartment offers a delightful experience for locals and tourists alike.

There are four bedrooms. All rooms have a double bed and hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. One of the bedrooms offers a serene escape with a door that leads to a furnished balcony, creating the perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

La Merced is a charming and historic neighbourhood in the heart of Málaga's city centre. It is known for its narrow streets, traditional Spanish architecture, and vibrant atmosphere. The area has various shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, including the famous Picasso Museum. La Merced is also conveniently located near Málaga's main attractions, such as the Cathedral, Alcazaba Fortress, and the bustling Plaza de la Merced. With its central location and rich cultural heritage, La Merced offers a delightful and immersive experience for visitors to Málaga.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Alcazabilla, is just a 5-minute walk.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
