Lovely property in quiet location. Really nicely decorated and super comfy beds. Host communication excellent and easy check in process. Welcome pack was a nice touch and lovely little garden with comfy seating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Pain free check in - great communication from Switchback Stays from booking to arrival and even beyond.
Great house close to Cardiff City Centre - we walked in and back.
Nice touches with Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Washing up liq and kitchen bits and bobs provided.
House was clean and although not mentioned downstairs bedroom so ideal if travelling with someone with limited mobility.
Parking is limited - as in outside the property - 1st night we parked in next street but able to move to outside property in morning so not a major issue.
Would definately recommend and would book again either this or another property from Switchback stays if travelling to Cardiff again.

My friend and I had a great night in this apartment and both said we'd use it again. It was in fantastic condition, super clean, comfortable. Nice touch was the coffee machine (and Tesco over the road for croissants!). The communication was brilliant, both email and WhatsApp, which was really handy. Highly recommended.

Great property finished with a quality stamp to it. Hot tub was really fab and a good quality one to boot.
Floors are a bit Noisey, but other than that the house was as described.
The best bit was communication with the owners, top notch. Thank you !!
