The house was nice, clean and comfortable. Jess and Mike were very responsive to us. There was off street parking that was safe and secure. The pool was convenient for a quick dip after being out all day. Good time, thank you!

Great little gem

I had a great stay in Largo. The house was cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beaches and highways. I loved hanging out in the privacy of the backyard. Jess was a helpful and communicative host. Overall, it was perfect for a much needed vacation.

The house is exactly what we wanted & needed. As the area was hit by hurricane Helene and the beaches were damaged, we found this gem. It's close to everything we needed. Hurricane Milton came thru the area while we were in the house. No damage, no flooding, We will come back to stay when we're in Florida . Highly recommend the house, the hosts and the location.

Relaxing and enjoyable

From the moment we pulled up to the property I knew that we were going to get the vacation we so desperately needed. The house was spotless. The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. The Florida room was awesome but could use a fan to move air around. The pool was refreshing for a hot afternoon to cool off. Overall great property and will stay again when we come back to town.

Just Perfect

We loved our time spent at this house. It was very clean and well decorated. The pool was just right for the two of us and we spent as much time as we could in it. We were out and about very often due to the awesome location. Going to the beach was a breeze! The owners were a dream to work with and very fas to get back to us whenever we needed them. The best thing I can say and it should speak volumes is WE WILL BE BACK!!

Perfect for us!

We have been coming to Florida for many years during the month of February. This is the first time we have stayed in this house but have already booked for next year. There are only 2 of us, but we found it to be plenty of space with all the amenities that we need. We didn't use the pool. ( too cold) but we sat on the swing and gazebo area almost every day. We liked the location, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Can't wait for next year.

Super close to bike trail!

We were here with our son and daughter. Our son needs a wheelchair. The house has only a few small steps so we had no problems to manage it. The goal of our stay was biking. It was a perfect location to go to the Pinellas Trail, just around the corner we had access to the wonderful bike trail. Our son - a paracycling athlete – loved the daily trainings on the flat, wide, paved and good maintained course. Greatings from Switzerland

Just right

We vacationed for two weeks in this cute home, in January. There were three people. The house was just right. Beautifully decorated, well stocked. We did not realize pool wasn't heated, so our daughter was disappointed she didn't get to use the pool. But, house is located with very close grocery, and other shops. Easy to get to every where we wanted to go. Traffic gets bad around rush hour but that's St Pete. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Great place in coastal Florida

My husband, two boys, and I spent a week at this property recently. It was lovely. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay and then some. Jess is easy to communicate with and quickly answered all of my questions. The second bedroom has a full bed with a trundle, which was nice that they didn’t have to share. Numerous supplies to take to the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, etc). The home is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beach is only a seven minute drive away. Tampa is about 45 min from the property. We rented a car and explored the coastline and the numerous attractions in Tampa (highly recommend the City Pass). I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Very clean property with everything you need and did not think of before you arrived

This property is perfect for a couple who wants to enjoy Clearwater Beach and the surrounding area. Not only is the house near Clearwater Beach (about 3.5 miles) but also is about a $22 Uber ride to downtown St. Pete on a Saturday night. The house was very clean, well stocked with whatever you need in your everyday life and also has the beach essentials you would not think of to bring on vacation. I was extremely impressed with the upgraded bathroom and the backyard. The pool was not huge, but perfect for two people who want to relax and enjoy the weather. Jess and Mike were extremely easy to work with and made sure that if we needed anything we could reach out to them at anytime. I honestly have nothing bad to say about our stay at this property and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Jess and Mike for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful House but....

The house was beautiful but the screened in gazebo in the backyard had no lighting. The lighting was old so it did not work. The screen room was filled with flying ants every night so we could not enjoy that. The second bathroom was in the garage which also had flying ants so we couldn't use that at night as well.

Disappointed

I rented property for private pool that we did not get over a 4 night stay. Property Manager did not check before we arrived and did not answer phone when called. Our swimwear damaged from chlorine when pump was not circulating water. I had to contact owner for response and to reimburse 3 ladies swimsuits. No credit given for rental of property that I paid in full and in advance.

Perfect place

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for us to visit family and friends in the Clearwater area. The house was just as pictured and very clean. It was also great having our own private pool!

Very Clean, Adorable House

This was our first time with a VRBO rental. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and everything we needed was in the house. The yard was nice and the access to the Pinellas trail is right at the end of the street, so extremely convenient. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Home away from home

We stayed here last year and the only changes that were made were for the better. I like that the hike and bike trail is just across the road. We are near everything and Jess responds immediately when there is a problem.

Clean, comfortable and cute!!

The place was amazingly clean!! Its a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were awesome and we had everything we needed . It was perfect for our family of four. Everything was well layed out and thought of. Check in was a breeze and overall it was our best rental experience ever. I would highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back! Felt like home here with my young family

Thank you for such a clean space, just 10 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, to come home to after our long days out. We had three small children & three adults and the sleeping arrangements worked out well! Loved the lounge chairs, gazebo & pool equipment that we were able to utilize! The pool was nice & warm for us all to enjoy. We appreciate you letting us use your space! Thanks!
