Spacious, clean, pet friendly and conveniently located. We had a great week at this lovely home. Everything you need is practically right around the corner. The house is close to the beaches and fantastic restaurants. Less than a mile to Taylor Park where we walked our dog and they have a great disc golf course. 5 stars all around.

This was a very nice home to stay in in the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I did not end up using the pool, but that was only because I was very busy however, it looked really nice! The house was stocked with everything that I needed in communication was great

The location of the house was great for our needs. Our family lives close by and we were able to easily get to Tropicana for some Rays Games. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and groceries near by. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook during our stay but it seemed to have everything you would need. We didn’t use the pool as the weather wasn’t ideal but it seemed nice. Some tree debris but that’s to be expected when trees are over the pool cage. Two things to note and maybe they wouldn’t they wouldn’t bother others but we probably wouldn’t book again. They don’t let you turn the air down past 72 degrees. Luckily it wasn’t too bad since the weather wasn’t hot but we usually wouldn’t be able to sleep at that temperature (I don’t remember that being mentioned in the listing). Secondly, there is a barn door on the primary suite bathroom which means no privacy. Some people wouldn’t mind but I’d prefer a real door that can be closed.

Clean and comfy

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. When we arrived house was very clean and bed were comfy. The pool needed cleaning which someone came the following day. My husband did also clean it due to debris from trees falling in it. Would recommend staying!!

Property was exactly as described. Quiet, nice neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Pool was great but we were a little too early in the season to enjoy it, Landlord was responsive and connected. Thanks and best! bp

I think for what we got the property was overpriced. The pool is not heated, and the furniture on humid days smelt like dog. We were underwelmed

Regarding the furniture, we take cleanliness seriously and have not received similar complaints in the past. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in, but if there had been an issue, we would have gladly addressed it during your stay had we been informed. This nautically decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in pool area, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and 50" TV, dining room with a dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with a bar and a washer & dryer. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available.

Dogs are allowed, a one time fee per pet of $100.00 is required.

***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)
