Superb Penthouse apartment, with outstanding roof terrace enjoying sunshine all day with views over the gardens & pools of Oasis de Capistrano! The accomodation has recently been very tastefully & comprehensively refurbished with new A/C (hot and cold) & offers a spacious stylish property for a perfect holiday. Parking is close by & access is via one flight of stairs to the front door, opening on to the impressive lounge, dining room & well equipped kitchen. The lounge opens up on to the fantastic terrace, which enjoys a covered area to capture some shade form the sunshine as well as a large open space to enjoy the sunshine!

The master bedroom with King size bed opens up on to the terrace & has the benefit of an open bathroom. The Twin room is also tastefully furnished and has a safe installed in the wardrobe. There is a spacious family shower room too. While the property is elevated with a private position allowing a naturally ventilated ambience however it has AC for cooling & heating installed to the living area for your comfort

The property is well sitiuated for the main pool area at Oasis & the walk way down to the the popular Burriana Beach is just across the road by the Roman Aquaduct

Good apartment in nice complex

The apartment is nice with a great balcony. It’s a lovely quiet complex. The only problem is it’s a fair walk to town. You either go along a busy road or take the route via the beach which is down a steep at times tacky path.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, upgraded and comfortable interior. Beautiful terrace. great sunsets. Birdsong. Peaceful and private. Booking again for next year. Yvonne and Stephen are wonderful, helpful Oasis managers. Absolutely nothing!

Location and terrace was superb, with sun all day long. Kitchen extremly well equipped. Easy access to free parking. The locks on all doors were a bit tricky... A barbecue was mentioned somewhere, so we bought charcoals in advance, but never managed to find it. Also could have enjoyed a couple of sunbeds, since the outdoor space was so big.

Lovely apartment with a huge terrace which was main reason we booked. The setting of the complex is beautiful & peaceful & pools lovely. Car is essential to get around There was a large bed in wardrobe in 2nd bedroom & could not hang up any long dresses. No safe for valuables. Kitchen needed more bowls for serving salads etc. quality of towels & bed linen could do with improving.

Relax and take in the sun, scenery and serenity.

My wife and I were visiting Spain from New Zealand for a month and the last 11 nights were at Calle Rabat 8. We wanted a property where we could relax, enjoy the sun and still be walking distance to Nerja. It’s a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a further 6 or so to town. Rabat 8 ticked all boxes. The balcony is huge and gets the sun all day whilst affording shade if required. The kitchen and bathrooms were very user friendly and we ate in half the time very easily. The kitchen is very well appointed with crockery, glass ware and cutlery and even had sharp knives. The rooms were large and as per the pictures. The property itself is very quiet and the grounds are beautifully manicured. This one of the best properties that we have ever stayed in and we have total confidence in recommending it.

L’environnement verdoyant est très agréable

L’environnement verdoyant est très agréable , vous pouvez passer des heures à vous détendre à la piscine sur la pelouse. La mer est à 10-15 min à pied. Le logement est super équipé même des petits parasols et chaises de plage. Tout y est 👌

Fin lägenhet med en fantastisk terass. Ett av de bättre lägena i området. Nära till den fina poolen och bra med stigen ner till Burriana. Man kan parkera precis utanför lägenheten. Bäst läge i området, men området ligger långt från ”stan”. Mycket backigt. Inget att göra åt, men bra för andra att veta.

La urbanización es muy bonita, la terraza una pasada, la piscina al lado.

Estábamos muy cómodos, viajamos en familia con 3 niños. Las personas que se ocupan del sitio muy amables. Lo único que los wc eran un poco altos y no hay microondas (nosotros no la hemos necesitado) para tener en cuenta los que viajan con niños. Atentos a las indicaciones que te envía la persona encargada, porque gps te lleva a otro lado a la hora de encontrar el apartamento.

Härlig terass!

Fantastisk terass i fyra väderstreck! Bra storlek på lägenhet för fyra personer. Fräsch lägenhet. Mycket fin pool och trädgård. Ganska nära till stor och fin strand. Lite långsam respons på våra frågor innan vi anlände.
