Hi Gilberto, you decided unilaterally to cxl your reservation on the check in day without explanation. Or the only explanation is that there was no issue but your wife wanted to change ? The entrance is an old building similar like anyone in Rome. For security reasons we don’t put it there to keep safe our guests. It is unfair this punctuation and comments when the apartment is exactly like the pictures (see other reviews) and you have not stayed there. We refund you two nights, that we have not been able to sell later on, plus the tourist tax. Total more than 1000 Euros in good faith.

Hi Rob, no big mistery here. We rent as 1 whole apartment, not by room, and as so the hot water works centrally and when somebody use it, others cannot use cold. Same system is used in many Airbnb and we have been very fine until now. What you forgot to mention is that you blackmailed us for a full refund but only after the stay … We did not accept threats and now you publish this. All the best with your ethics !

Hi Linda … thanks for your review and staying with us. I will consider to include a safety box as per your request. We advertise that the cleaning lady enter the premises at reasonable times and ringing the door. Will make sure is more clear moving forward.
