A few kilometers from Beaune and Nuits Saint Georges, independent cottage of 1/6 people in a century old Burgundy in a quiet village of the Route des Grands Crus, which comprises on the ground floor a large living room to eat or you will have a sofa which can accomodate 2 beds, as well as a corner cooks equipped and a room of bath. On the floor, a big room (air-conditioned) with a double bed and two beds 1 person.

Tea, coffee and chocolate for breakfast are offered.
 We also provide sheets (beds made upon arrival), towels, tea towels and all kitchen equipment at no extra cost.

A space is arranged under the awning Burgundy to take your meals in the summer around the flowers of the house.

We offer a loan of 4 bicycles + 2 children's bicycles to go for walks along the cycle path in the vineyard and the countryside.

Enclosed parking for one vehicle at no extra cost. Additional free parking spaces in the street just outside the house.

The village of Comblanchien has a bakery and pastry shop (300m from the cottage) very famous that has just undergone major renovation and expansion. It now also offers a grocery service.

Supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops are within a few minutes drive.
