Ideal for families or groups looking for tranquillity and comfort in a rural setting with easy access to the province of Málaga. The property is close to commercial areas such as La Trocha Shopping Centre and just minutes from the motorway, facilitating connection with nearby tourist and urban points such as Coín, Marbella or Málaga.
The house offers a private pool oriented to take advantage of many hours of sunshine ☀️, next to an outdoor covered area with a football table for children to have fun. The porch is perfect for eating outdoors, with shade and direct views of the pool to keep an eye on the little ones. Although the pool area is not landscaped, it has enough space to play ball on the plot, and in front of the porch you will find an area with artificial grass and planters to relax or sunbathe.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a dining room with an American kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals without complications: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more. The living room has a comfortable sofa and television for your moments of rest 📺.
The four bedrooms, separated from the common area by a corridor, offer air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort, windows to the outside and space to store luggage. The bed distribution is as follows, remembering that the accommodation has a maximum allowed of 6 people:
- Bedroom 1 and 2: double bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: single bed
The house has a full bathroom for shared use.
Located on a fenced plot with a garden and outdoor furniture, it also has a barbecue, fireplace, griddle and covered parking in the same building. The accommodation has heat pump heating, wifi internet access and a hairdryer, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
