The Space:

This contemporary studio sits within a modern development and is furnished with comfortable pieces and up-to-date appliances. Positioned on a high floor, it offers stunning views through its full-length windows. The space includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, along with a dining table, sofa, armchair and TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout, and the smart TV includes catch-up apps.



The cosy double bed is dressed with crisp hotel-quality linen, and fluffy towels are provided for your stay. The modern bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, toilet, sink, and complimentary toiletries.

You’ll find cafés, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep, with even more options just a short drive or tram ride into central Manchester. MediaCityUK, the UK’s leading media and tech hub, is only a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute tram journey away.



The nearby canal and local parks provide great spots for an evening stroll and some fresh air. For everyday essentials, both a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket are just a two-minute walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

Both central Manchester and central Salford are around a 30-minute walk away, or just a short drive or 15-minute tram ride. Manchester Piccadilly train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

There is no parking directly at this property but there are 2 options:

The closest car park is Euro Parks on The Quays, M50 3WL or guests can park in another complex which is 12 - 15 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. The address for this 1 parking space is labelled as W11, Westwood House, 22 Goodiers Drive, M5 3QS. No permit or fob is required for access and can only be used in conjunction with a stay in this apartment.
