How about refreshing yourself in our communal pool? Available during the summer months, from June 15th to September 15th, it's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun while you plunge into crystal-clear waters.



In the apartment, you'll find two comfortably furnished bedrooms: one with a cozy double bed and another with two single beds. We even have a double sofa bed in the living-dining room for your additional guests!



Got a craving to cook your favorite dishes? You're in luck! Our American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



And don't miss out on the stunning views from our terrace. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a spectacular sunrise or sunset while you relax and breathe in the fresh sea air.



To ensure you're comfortable at all times, we've installed air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, as well as offering you free wifi so you can stay connected during your vacation.



Concerned about where to park your vehicle? Worry no more! We have a parking space reserved for you in the same building, so you can park with complete peace of mind and security.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in our accommodation, and we ask that you respect our no smoking policy and avoid organizing parties.



It's important to note that due to drought in the area, water supply may experience cuts during the night, from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM. However, thanks to our water tank, these cuts are felt less. Remember that these schedules may vary without prior notice, according to the indications of the municipality.
