Welcome to Bay Dream - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

This cottage has been lovingly cared for by the owners and they look forward to welcoming you.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with two lovely leather sofas, SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

A lovely way to spend Christmas

It was our first time booking with Anchor Bay and it certainly won’t be the last. We spent a very comfortable Christmas in Bay Dream; the cottage was well equipped, lovely and warm and even though the resort was busy it didn’t feel that way. We were able to enjoy lovely walks in a beautiful area.

Stayed here 3 times so that says it all really, if i had to choose a downside, it would be the sofa is very uncomfortable but apart from that everything else was spot on

Excellent value short break.

Excellent location on the very edge of the resort. Really good value for money and great communication with Anchor Bay. Cleanliness would have been 5 however the Venetian blinds need a clean.

Home from home

Fantastic stay at Bay View, my husband myself and our little poodle Isaac had the best time. We really needed the rest and relaxation after some back breaking digging in our garden to remove large conifers. We felt right at home in this property. It being at the entrance near reception didn’t bother us the road noise was minimal. Exploring the site and passing other properties to reach the pub and the path to the beach wasn’t a problem either. Only one slight negative was the sofa was rather springy and hard, not completely comfortable for us to sink into after long walks but the bed was just bliss. I can certainly recommend this property without any hesitation.

Fantastic Base

Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .

Great location, lovely holiday village. Quiet. Dog friendly cottage, site and beach. Lovely comfortable cottage. With great amenities and everything you could need and more for a self catering holiday. Lovely patio, to relax on in the afternoon/evening sun overlooking a field. On the edge of the village but far enough away from the main road. Would definitely recommend and will look at returning ourselves in the future.

Beautiful cottage

Everything we needed in this lovely cottage was provided. Very clean and tidy upon arrival,good communication with the owner. Excellent location for walking our dogs. Had a wonderful stay. Thankyou.

Wonderful

On arrival at The Bay, we were taken with just how lovely the holiday village is. The cottage is delightful. Immaculately clean, equipped with everything that would be needed for our stay. It was warm and cosy.
