Pnoe Villas is a complex of villas in Tavronitis, Chania. Ideal to enjoy the serenity of the green landscape and the sea. It is just 20 km from the city centre. An accommodation complex with modern aesthetics perfectly harmonized with the external environment of the area able to offer feelings of peace and relaxation. The architecture of the villas was designed in such a way that the visitor can enjoy natural light throughout the day.

The Space:
Pnoe Alas villa is located on the seafront on the long coastline of the Tavronitis area. It offers all modern amenities in order to meet a wide range of needs making it ideal for families and groups.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people in a 320 square meters and spread over three levels. The exterior offers a lush green landscape with sea views. It has an 76sqm heated swimming pool, providing even the possibility for young guests to swim safely. In the pool you will find sunbeds and pool umbrellas. There is even a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area for up to 10 people.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a comfortable living room. The kitchen area is designed to be fully functional and practical especially for guests who enjoy cooking. Note that they are located in an open and spacious space making it ideal for happy moments with your loved ones.

Going up the stairs from the living room you will find the bedroom with ensuite bathroom, double bed and armchair bed. The view it offers is of the garden.

Going down the stairs from the living room you will find the other two bedrooms where they are on the same level with the roads. One bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom is ideal for guests with a wheelchair as it is accessible by a lift .The ensuite bathroom is fully equipped with facilities for wheelchair users.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined. Both of these bedrooms have a 43 inch TV.

Overall all bedrooms offer A/C ,blackout curtains and a dressing table where it can be used as an office. Still the villa has 1 bathroom on the two bedroom floor.

The villa offers on the basement level a fitness treadmill, rowing water, fitness mat and dumbbell base. Finally there is a sauna with hydro-massage as well as a small shower and WC.

Guest Access:
** The use of the pool is free of charge. If you wish to use the heated pool service, it is available for an additional cost per day. The pool temperature can increase by up to 4°C above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. Continuous use is required for the heated pool without interruptions.

-The villa entrance is fully accessible.
-Elevator providing access to the basement and the specially designed bedroom.
-The elevator does not provide access to the mezzanine level.

-The bedroom meets all the necessary requirements for accommodating guests with wheelchairs.

The Neighborhood:
Our brand new villas located in the charming Tavronitis area of Chania which are very close to the clear waters of the sea, providing you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy unforgettable moments by the beach. Furthermore, they are located near Kastelli, only 3.9 km away, which offers visitors beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes. We also highly recommend visiting the stunningly colored waters of Balos Beach, which is approximately 24 km from our villas, Elafonisi Beach, which is approximately 58 km and Falasarna Beach , which is 27 km from our villas. The area of Platanias is 12 km with plenty things to see and do. Additionally, the junction of the national road is only 2.5 km from our villas, providing easy access to the main road of Chania making it easier for you to get to the places you want to visit. Lastly, we recommend visiting the beautiful city of Chania, only 21km away,which boasts a picturesque harbor and plenty of historical and cultural sites to explore.

Getting Around:
While we do offer the option to arrange airport transfers for our guests at an additional cost, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your holiday. Having a car allows you the freedom to explore the local area and nearby attractions at your own pace, and experience everything our destination has to offer.

**Take advantage of our heated pool option for an additional fee of €70 per day. The pool temperature can increase up to 5 degrees above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. To ensure your desired level of comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating. Once activated, the continuous use of the heated pool guarantees an optimal experience for your enjoyment.

Room cleaning service:

Every three days change of linen and towels.
For any other service we are always at your disposal.
