Beautifully decorated and furnished apartment located in the stunning period building within the quaint courtyard, set just off the Market square. At the front views of the historic Market Place and the rear has views of the courtyard and countryside. Equipped to a high standard. Free parking across the road, the train and bus station are just a few minutes walk away, approximately 4 minutes. An abundance of restaurants, pubs, micro breweries, cocktail bars, cafe's, an array of fabulous shops, beauty and hair salon on the ground floor, an Artdeco cinema just around the corner. Supermarkets just 2 minutes walk and a convenience store across the road. Lots of great local walks on the door step. A farmers market is held on the Market Place on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
The apartment has a large bedroom with a king size bed and comfortable mattress, carefully chosen pillows and cotton quality bed linen. A dressing table with mirror, good lighting, hairdryer and plug sockets in all the right places. Wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables and fluffy white towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, Dulco Gusto coffee machine, Kettle and toaster. Utensils, crockery and glassware for 4. The luxurious lounge has space to relax and watch the 55 inch TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and super fast broadband. There is a separate dining room perfect for dining in and ample space if you have friends staying in one of our other apartments in the courtyard. The communal courtyard has a lovely seating area for guests to use during their stay.
All of this and the Peak District with easy access via train or bus. The train & bus gives easy access to both Derby and Nottingham cities, while the direct rail route takes you to Ambergate, Cromford and Matlock Bath in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. With in easy reach of Chatsworth, Kedleston Hall, Alton Towers, Crich tramway.
