The Melbourne 1 Apartment (T1) is a charming apartment located in a modern complex in Albufeira, extremely well-situated between the historic centre and the new city area, making it an ideal option for a family or a group of friends. This property is close to all amenities and is undoubtedly the perfect setting for a rejuvenating sun-filled break.



With capacity for 2+2 people, this superb apartment features 1 bright and airy bedroom, elegantly furnished with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.



The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and a television (with international channels), a table and chairs to enjoy your meals indoors. Sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for your meals or relaxing in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the third floor (the building has an elevator).



Outside, you will find an inviting (shared) swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sunbathing space. The complex also has a children's pool and a playground that will delight the little ones.



With such a central location, all amenities are a short walk from the apartment, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets. The nearest beaches (Inatel Beach and Alemães Beach) are located less than a kilometre away.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 3th to the 4th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
