Rama features three bedrooms, each adorned with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms come equipped with dedicated workstations, perfect for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected. One of these bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing extra convenience and privacy. With a total of three and a half well appointed bathrooms, everyone has a place to get ready for the day ahead.

The heart of this exceptional apartment is the inviting living room. Here, you can relax on the furnishings while enjoying the entertainment system. Large sliding glass doors lead to a terrace, where you can bask in the Barcelona sun. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a dining room with a table that comfortably seats eight. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and a detached pantry storage area.

Rama also offers practical amenities, including a doorman and split air conditioning in all rooms, allowing you to customize the indoor climate. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
