Recién renovado, combina suelos de madera, vigas vistas y una amplia terraza privada con mobiliario, ideal para relajarte al aire libre.

Dispone de un salón luminoso, dos dormitorios dobles, una tercera habitación con litera doble y dos baños modernos. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso y todo lo necesario para tu comodidad.

Incluye aire acondicionado, calefacción, Wi-Fi gratuito y caja fuerte.





🛏️ Se proporcionan toallas, ropa de cama y artículos de aseo, para que disfrutes de una estancia sin preocupaciones.

Para ello, ponemos a disposición de nuestros huéspedes una aplicación para registrar a todos los huéspedes antes del día de su llegada.
Tasa turística no incluida en el precio. 6,88€ adulto/noche. Le informamos que el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona aumentará los impuestos municipales de 6,88 € persona/noche a 9,35 € persona/noche a partir del 1 de abril de 2026.
No se permite fumar dentro del departamento. Se cobrará una penalización de 100€ en caso de fumar dentro del apartamento.
No se permiten fiestas o música a alto volumen después de las 21: 00h. Se cobrará una multa mínima de 150€ si es necesario llamar a la policía o a un guardia de seguridad que vayan al apartamento debido a quejas sobre el ruido a altas horas de la noche.
Desaloje el apartamento a la hora acordada (11:30) el día de salida y deje las llaves dentro del apartamento en la mesa del comedor.
Devuelva TODOS los juegos de llaves al final del período de alquiler, estará sujeto a un cargo mínimo de 50€ si no lo hace.
A la llegada se solicita una fianza de 200€.

Our 6th VRBO in Europe and far and away the best. Quiet, roomy apartment. Size and number of beds were ideal for our family of 5. Perfect location with plenty of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Patio made the stay even better even in the middle of winter. Can’t recommend the property enough.

WANTED TO STAY LONGER. THE PLACE WAS SO PERFECT. CLEAN AND REMODELED. BUT HAD THE QUANT FEELING OF BARCELONA. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, ROOMS WERE LARGE, BATHROOMS WERE LARGE AND CLEAN. BEAUTIFUL PATIO WITH SPACE TO SIT OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE WEATHER. LOCATION WAS PERFECT TO ANYTHING. WE WALKED BACK FROM THE BEACH. OUR HOST WAS THE BEST OF ALL WE HAD. HE TOOK WELL CARE OF US. BNC Apartment 41 was outstanding! We traveled around Europe with another couple for 17 days and stayed at many VRBOs and hotels. This was by far the best place. Wanted to stay longer. The place was so perfect. Clean and remodeled. But had the quant feeling of Barcelona. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, bathrooms were large and clean. Beautiful patio with space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Location was perfect to anything. We walked back from the beach. Our host was the best of all we had. He took well care of us. He even had a taxi waited for us the morning, to take us to the airport. Such a great place. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks for making our vacation great.

Perfect for our multi-generational family of 6 with grandparents, parents and 2 grandkids . So much space and privacy for everyone. Accommodating staff and who met us and introduced us to the apartment. Great location within walking distance of major sites and restaurants. Great coffee cafe downstairs and fabulous high-end Whiskeria next door.

We had such a wonderful stay in Dreta de l’Eixample! From start to finish, everything was effortless. Check-in was seamless — our host even coordinated a taxi from the cruise port so we could skip the long lines. She met us on arrival, helped store our luggage until check-in time, and made us feel right at home. The apartment was perfect for our adult family of four — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were surprisingly large (a rare treat in Europe!) and the beds were cozy after long days exploring. Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the porch — coffee in hand each morning and a cocktail in the late afternoon, watching the neighborhood come alive. The building felt safe and quiet, there was plenty of hot water, good air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like extra towels, toiletries, and even a welcome guide with local tips. The location couldn’t be better — walkable to great cafes, tapas bars, markets, and just a short stroll to major sights. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

This property has everything—clean, well equipped, and fantastic location. Check in and out was very easy, and we would definitely stay here again. The porch was an added bonus, and the shades make it usable even in warm weather. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and whisky bar next door.

The apartment is very nice. The patio is large and comfortable. We were met at the door early which was a bonus. Be aware that only one of the three bedrooms has an air conditioner. We had to leave our doors open in the other two bedrooms to be comfortable at night. The apartment was well-furnished including shampoo, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. It even had some Nespresso pods for the coffee maker for the first morning. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby and a whisky bar right downstairs. My only suggestion is to supply additional bath towels. Enjoy!

Our stay was perfecto! The place was clean and cool during the hot weather. Theirs is a little cafe next door for morning breakfast and other restaurants down the street. There are local and large grocery stores within walking distance. And many of the top tourist sites to see are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It's in a great and safe location—just a short walk from many of the city's top sightseeing spots. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated in recent years and feels modern and comfortable. The real highlight is the balcony—spacious and relaxing, it instantly puts you in vacation mode! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although there's a security deposit processed through their private website, it was refunded promptly after we checked out, with no hassle at all. One of my friends on the trip enjoyed it so much, he’s already planning to come back with his family. That’s how great this place is—we can’t recommend it enough!

Great stay in a beautiful apartment

Great location, clean, well managed, properly stocked!! Six total adults with zero issues. A beautiful terrace with ample furniture for relaxing outside. Highly recommended!! If we visit Barcelona again we will come back here for sure. The only thing to consider is that the washer/dryer is one unit and the dryer does not work at all (not just this location, but the overall design of the unit).. we did as the locals do and hung our stuff out to dry...

I can't thank you enough for meeting us upon our arrival, for allowing us to store luggage until check in time and for your orientation to the apartment and surrounding neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I recommend, however, that the beautiful wood flooring you have be sanded and re-stained. It absolutely didn't affect our wonderful stay but it would bring the apartment up to the standards you seek.

Convenient, clean & quiet

The apartment is lovely. Has the basics you expect in Europe. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to. What was exceptional was the management company. They arranged all our transportation, came by the next day to complete and few things. Very professional. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we did not arrive at the apartment until 1am. They contacted our transportation and all way taken care of. Very pleased and would stay again.

Lovely stay

What a wonderful apartment this is. Very beautiful. We were two couples traveling together. The space worked perfectly for us, and was quite lovely - definitely our favorite accommodation during our two week whirlwind tour of Spain. Communication and check in were great, and simple. If I have occasion to visit again, this apartment would be top on my list!
