Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, renovated in 2007, located in the Urb. El Alcazar, about 3 km. from the beach and center of Moraira, with magnificent panoramic views. With central heating, air conditioning, internet, private pool, garage,...

The house has 2 floors.

Ground floor consisting of: Hall, Living-dining room (with leather sofas, coffee table, television with satellite, dining table with 6 chairs and display case), Kitchen (fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), Porch with magnificent panoramic views (with living and dining area with barbecue) with access from the kitchen or living room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror).
Via an internal staircase we access the lower floor, which is composed of:
1 bathroom (where the washing machine is located), 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with 3 single beds and the other with 2 beds.

Furnished with good taste. Central heating. Fireplace in the living room. Air conditioning (hot-cold) in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom with 3 beds. Ceiling fan in the living room.

Corner plot. Garage for 1 car and parking for another 2. 8m pool. x 4m. Terrace with barbecue, table with 6 chairs and 6 sun loungers.

The Urbanization has street lighting.

Animals are not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Great place with views !

Very happy with property for the price. Views make it. Tiny points: Could do with bigger/recycle bins & maybe some tea/coffee essentials would be nice touch as arrived very late and no where open to get supplies overnight. Thank you We Look forward to returning.

Wonderful also in winter

We spent Xmas and New Year here, and ist was absolutely wonderful. The central heating and the wood burner make it comfortably cosy inside even when the evening gets chilly, and the balkony has a corner with nice sunshine in the afternoons. The villa leaves nothing to be desired and made us feel really comfortable. Wouldn’t really recommend the pool at this time of the year, though (we tried, and the water was, well, let’s say “a bit cold” ;-).

Amazing sunsets

We had a wonderful two week stay at Casa Sofia. The view from the villa is spectacular and every evening we were treated to an amazing sunset from the terrace. We enjoyed using the BBQ and the pool was wonderful. For those travelling with teenagers the WiFi connection was great. The area is lovely, the local beach is sandy and the sea is shallow for getting in which is perfect for younger children. There are a range of supermarkets near the villa with bakeries and lots of things to do in the area to suit all different types of people. We would definitely like to return in the future.

Mooi huis lekker zwembad, je moet alleen door de voordeur naar het zwembad en een behoorlijke trap af, maar heel prive.De BBQ is fijn en schitterend uitzicht tijdens het eten op dat terras.Inchecken was ok en het contact met de verhuurder was heel goed.

Muy buena casa

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y la piscina. Las vistas son preciosas. Está equipada con todo lo que se puede necesitar. La única pega es que necesitas coche para todo, hay una gran pendiente para llegar a la casa.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter war hervorragend. Das Haus und die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super(mit Auto). Die Beschreibung des Hauses war zu 99% identisch mit der Ausschreibung.

Access to the pool would be difficult for someone who is unstable on their feet.

Nice view but pool doesn't get much sun and would be difficult to get to for someone with mobility problems.

No mid week clean. Villa not cleaned properly on arrival. Few tiles missing from pool steps.

I would say a car is essential due to the location and no foot paths. You need to be extremely fit to get up and down the mountain to put the rubbish in the bins. I would say it’s not suitable for parents with buggies are the elderly due to the steep hills and steps leading to the pool. Views are spectacular but the villa itself inside is a little dated.

Amazing views and relaxing location

A property in good condition with an amazing aspect that overcame any minor issues or quirks encountered. 5 minutes to amenities and so quiet and relaxing. There may be more modern properties but this is a well kept villa with a great location high up above the stunning valley that winds down to Moraira. Privacy is guaranteed and the 20-25 degree weather in May meant the pool was available all afternoon.

Estancia tranquila y agradable

La propiedad está muy bien para relajarse y desconectar con la familia, cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. La zona está bien y es muy tranquila, tienes supermercados cercanos y las playas más cercanas están a unos 15 minutos.

Super séjour magnifique villa

Villa magnifique tres bien équipée et située en retrait des foules estivales mais a proximité de tout le nécessaire. La mer est facilement accessible en voiture en 5mn Petite station balnéaire familiale tres agréable. Marisa et Julian sont des hotes tres reactifs au moindre souci En dernier lieu mais non le moindre la piscine est fantastique. Elle est grande et permet a tous de s amuser et de profiter pendant les grosses chaleurs de l après-midi. Bref une bonne adresse à conserver et a conseiller.

Wow! Absolutely Fabulous 5 Star Villa!

Everything about Casa Sofia was totally wonderful. The booking and arrival process went completely smoothly and our correspondence and meetings with both Marisa and Julian Ferrando were excellent. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. The villa itself is absolutely fabulous. The property was spotlessly clean and the facilities were superb. There was everything anyone could possibly need, available in every single room. The villa is extremely spacious and comfortable and very well appointed. The view from the verandah is spectacular and the seating area on the verandah is wonderful providing a relaxing comfortable space either sitting in or out of the sun as is your choice. Being able to dine outside too while watching the view is also superb. Both the bbq and pool areas are excellent and the large umbrellas provide shade if desired. The pool itself is large and was cleaned regularly during our stay. We absolutely loved our two week stay at beautiful Casa Sofia and would hope to return in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic villa.

Great family house

Casa Sofia is a fully equiped house. It has a large swimmingpool, several terraces, a cosy livingroom and large bedrooms with airco. Marisa and Julian are great host and they were happy to answer any questions during our stay. We definately will go back to this villa.

Julián and Marisa (brother and sister) are well known people in Moraira as they have a real estate business since 1988. During this time they have sold many properties to customers, now friends of different nationalities.
Although the main business is sales and advice on all aspects of the property, a few years ago decided to invest in the purchase of properties in good locations in Moraira, and now that the sales have decreased combine the sales with the rental of their own properties.
