WELCOME TO OUR HOME! How exciting that you have chosen us for your vacation!
We are a small family, Fernando, Laura, our daughter Celia and our dog "Birra", we have bought this house when your daughter was little, we loved coming on vacation to this area, with its crystal-clear beaches and the typical little villages where we enjoy strolling after a full day at the beach, and tasting its excellent Mediterranean cuisine. We have a magnificent climate troughout the Valencian Community, wich allows us to enjoy the house all year round, sunbathe, take long walks through the village, and discover new landscapes.
TAKE ADVANTAGE of our discounts for long stays in autumn and winter! Take advantage of the low season and visit our inland villages, explore cities like Valencia, Alicante, etc, with excellents roads and trains, you can discover a large part of Spain at very low prices, all from our home.
We like to share local reccomendations with guests is a great way to enhance their experience and help you to discover hidden gems in the area.
What I would highlight about our house???
apart from its location (just 650m from the village and L’Ampolla beach) its charm, brightness and tranquility. Every year we improve our facilities so that our guests feel at home.
1. We have installed Air conditioning, we also have gas heating and a wood stove.
2. We have contracted fiber optic wifi with high-speed in case you need to work remotly from the house. Included in the price of the stay
3. Our pool is crystal clear thanks to our maintenance service twice a week. Size 9m x 4m with 6 sun loungers by the pool.
4. Barbecue in the garden next to the pool with a table for 8 people, what a delight!
5. Additionally, we offer a meticulously cared-for garden, perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature.
6. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and barbecue area.
PLEASE, feel free to ask for more information if you’d like to know any additional details about our house.
NOTE: The owner handles the key handover. The house can be rented for long stays from September 15th to May 31st, with a 20% discount applied. In this case, the guest will be pay for electricity and gas consumption.
For other stays, we are committed to environmental care and sustainability. To monitor air conditioning consumption we have a separate electrical meter. The owner will cover a total of 25kw per week, any additional usage will be the responsability of the guest and must be settled before leaving the house at a rate of €0,60 per kw.
Maximum two pets per stay.
Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Sorry for the inconvenience

Excellent stay

Fantastic location near to the town centre. Amazing pool (size and temperature). Hosts were there on arrival, allowed us early check in and were helpful throughout our stay. Would stay again :)

Fantastic property. The outside spaces and pool are amazing and not overlooked at all. The property is spacious and air-conditioning is effective. Wi-fi is good.We had a flight issue and Laura went out of her way to ensure we could get in to the property.Being walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants was great.Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Lovely well equipped 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa set within easy walk of Moraira

Modern Villa set in a quiet location yet just a short walk into town. Well equipped and spacious. The Owners were very helpful and welcoming we did not experience any problems, but they were just a phone call away and checked everything was Ok several times. Highly Recommended.

Beautiful Villa

The photos do not do this villa justice! Absolutely stunning. Everything you could need and perfect location. The pool is well maintained and regularly cleaned. Several different seating areas and a lovely balcony. Despite the heat, the villa remains cool and the A/C is very powerful. We have holidayed in Moraira for almost 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The communication with Laura was exceptional and we were personally greeted on arrival and in contact throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful environment

We arrived early in the morning. Laura and Fernando gave us the opportunity to collect the key to the villa already at 12:00. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the wonderful villa. A wonderful home from home

Just what we needed... a well equipped house that allowed us to relax completely. The pool area was a wonderful sunny place to sit all day, with shady corners in the gardens when it was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have a sink by the bbq. Beds were very comfortable and loved the quiet fans. The house is in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Moraira and well placed for all the beaches. Taxis were easily available. Laura and Fernando were excellent hosts.

Beautiful Moraira

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Lola. Laura was very welcoming and the villa was stunning. Everything a couple of family would need. Particulary strong was Laura’s communication before and during the stay. Having experienced a few VRBO properties now managed by businesses and not individuals this is something I would actively filter for in the future. A much better experience. Pet friendly also doesn’t always mean that on all properties, but this villa was totally secure and Lola loved her stay too.

Charming villa in an excellent location

As a family of 6 adults, we recently stayed in this charming villa in walking distance of the centre of Moraira. The villa is very well appointed and all of its facilities are of an excellent standard. We have holidayed in Moraira several times and the whole family agreed this is the best villa we have had the privilege of staying in. The pool is well maintained and was cleaned several times during our stay. Despite its close proximity to the centre of Moraira, it was very peaceful and relaxing to spend time by the pool and the villas’s various external sitting areas. It is only a 10 to 15 min walk into Moraira where there is an excellent range of restaurants and bars as well as a lovely beach.. Communication with the owner, Laura was always excellent from the initial booking enquiry to departure. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

A beautiful and ideally located villa

We have just spent a fabulous fortnight at the Villa. We wanted to be walking distance from Moraira but with the option to escape and have some peace and quiet and Laura & Ferdinando's Villa fit the bill perfectly. The pool area is beautiful and very well equipped with two different shaded dining areas and plenty of sun loungers. The pool is a good size, well maintained and is surrounded by palm trees, plus it is at a higher level than other properties so not overlooked at all. In fact we felt like we had absolute privacy. The villa is well equipped, smart and comfortable, with lots of outside space and stunning views from the upper balcony. Laura & Ferdinando were so helpful and the communication was great throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this villa. We had an early morning flight and Laura and Fernando very kindly agreed an early Check-in for us. They both met us on arrival to greet us with cold drinks, us and show us around the property. I had arranged the trip for my husbands 50th and they even bought him a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. The villa is very well equipped and lovely and clean. The pool is great but there isn’t really a shallow end as such so if you have non swimmers armbands are a must. The water was very warm. The beach and town is a 10 min walk away so everything is easily accessible, and taxis back are approx €7 if you need one. The photos don’t really do the villa justice, it’s so much nicer in person (and we thought the photos were nice!). I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the villa or recommend to others - excellent all round.

Wonderful villa 5 mins walk from the centre of Moraira

My wife and I stayed in this villa in September 2024 for 10 nights, what a wonderful villa and a great location! The villa is very 'traditionally Spanish' with whitewashed walls, terracotta roof and lots of curves and arches, however is very modern with aircond throughout, a modern kitchen and satellite TV. The bedrooms are all comfortable with plenty of storage space and each one has an aircond unit. The property has a washing machine so no hand washing swimming cossies in the sink, and a dishwasher if you decide to stay in one evening! Outside there are a number of patio areas, plenty of space around the immaculately clean pool to sunbathe and a covered BBQ with its own patio area. Additionally there are a couple of small roof terraces and parking spaces for a couple of cars. The property is located half way up a small side street off a road that runs through the middle of the urbanisation, it's a quiet residential street with it's own off-road parking. It's a 5 to 10 min walk into the centre of town which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from as well as a beautiful sandy beach. A special mention to our host Laura who was great at communicating with us before and during our stay, providing all of the info we needed to find the property. Laura and her husband met us at the property upon our arrival and gave us a tour explaining how to use the TV, aircon. Overall one of the best villa's we've stayed at and one I would certainly return to in a heartbeat!

Mala experiencia

A pesar de lo que decían los propietarios, la casa estaba sucia y no se había limpiado probablemente en meses, todo estaba lleno de polvo, pelos y pelos de animales. La cocina con la pared llena de grasa. No puede ser que por el precio que piden la casa esté en estas condiciones. Las zonas exteriores no se podían utilizar por suciedad y por estar claramente en desuso desde hace años. Lo mejor la piscina. Además, nos dijeron que acababa de salir una familia, por tanto si no limpiaron no cumplieron los protocolos en mitad de una pandemia. Nada recomendable.

"Nos ha encantado la casa...

"Nos ha encantado la casa y la zona. La casa ha cumplido totalmente conlas expectativas de las 2 parejas que hemos estado en la casa durante una semana de vacaciones. La zona es mujy tranquila, y las playas estan fenomenal para ir con niños. Hay suficientes chirinqguitos y servicios en la zona para encontrar cualquier cosa necesaria. En la casa hemos encontrado todo lo que necesitabamos para sentirnos agusto. Pensamos repetir otros años. Lo unico que hemos encontrado un poco incomodo es el facil acceso a la piscina para los niños pequeños, habriamos estado un poco mas tranquilos sabiendo que la piscina esta vallada."

Wir haben hier als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Laura hat uns an Anreisetag sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt.Von der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Das Haus liegt fussläufig zum Hafen und bietet auch absolute Privatsphäre. Echte Empfehlung !

La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût, et très bien équipée. Idéalement située à 12 minutes à pieds du centre de Moraira. Nous avons passé un super séjour et merci à Fernando et Laura pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Une villa à recommander !

Aqui en la fotografia estoy con mi hija en uno de los muchos restaurantes que hay en la playa, donde sirven una mágnifica cocina mediterranea.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Esta totalmente reformada, y completamente equipada, con todos los detalles, porque es nuestra casa de vacaciones y nos gusta mantenerla perfecta.
Veraneamos en Moraira desde hace mas de 17 años, nos encanta por sus playas y calas de agua cristalina, por su ambiente familiar y porque tienes todos los servicios todos los dias de la semana. Hicimos una reforma integral recientemente : cocina, baños, parquet, cambiamos camas, colchones, para tener las maximas comodidades.
Es una casa muy fresca, pero no obstante y sabiendo que cada huesped tiene unas necesidades distintas, la hemos equipado con splits de aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias, para que cada huesped pueda elegir la opcion que mas le guste.
Intentamos cuidar al máximo a nuestros inquilinos y hemos tenido la suerte de contar con las mismas familias en repetidas ocasiones, lo cual agradecemos.
Al estar tan cerca del pueblo en una zona tan tranquila resulta también ideal si lo que desea es una casa donde poder teletrabajar y disfrutar de sus momentos de descanso.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

La casa está situada en una zona super tranquila con muy buen vecindario, cerca del pueblo y de la playa, perfecto para bajar andando y si tienen niños adolescentes pueden subir solos tambien perfectamente.
