Disappointing

Perhaps the lift to the fourth floor apartment had only just broken down but no warning was provided and no resolution over our 5 day stay. Given the state of the stairwell we suspect lift has been out of action for some time. Pile of wet towels were in the floor in front of freezer - excuse was it had leaked on defrosting but we couldn’t shut the freezer door properly and the person who let us in just said to leave them there - bit weird for 5 days. Couches were stained. Blinds damaged. Kitchen table chipped. Photos in listing gave a deceptive impression of space and if you’d planned on using the sofa bed you would need to move all other furniture into kitchen. Did not feel as though we were getting what we paid for by any stretch of the imagination.
