Quietly located in a new residential area on the outskirts of the village of Matino, the property is ideally situated to explore the Salento peninsula and a short 20-minute drive from Gallipoli’s beaches and lively nightlife.

The property is accessed at the front via a small paved private garden. Inside, guests will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas, a digital flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table for six. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge freezer.

The picturesque village of Matino is located a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Gallipoli, including Baia Verde and Punta della Suina.

Popular excursions in the area include; a trip to Santa Maria di Leuca (a 35-minute drive), the picturesque coastal town at the southernmost tip of Italy, a visit to the historic town of Ugento (a 20-minute drive) known for its Baroque-style cathedral and castle or a day relaxing at the picturesque seaside town of Santa Cesarea Terme where visitors can relax and rejuvenate at the town\'s thermal spas (a 45-minute drive away).
