This charming terraced bungalow is located in a popular village of Sucina, Murcia. The property is within walking distance of all services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The property benefits from a sunny private terrace area at the front with a small pool and a small backyard that leads to the roof solarium. The property has free wifi, smart TV with smart digital box, with UK channels. There is air conditioning only in the living room, but there are fans in each of the bedrooms.



Sucina is described as a large or small village. It has a charming centre with a beautiful church square surrounded by bars and restaurants and is located about 18 km or 15 minutes by car from the Mar Menor tourist complexes. Being close to the interior, it is ideal for those seeking a more relaxed and residential environment. It is located near the International Airport and a short distance from many of the region's excellent golf courses. The closest, Hacienda Riquelme, is just 3.4 km away.

Excellent

The property was excellent, beautifully clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was there that you needed. However we found the oven not working, but as I had no intention of using it, it was not a problem. I would definitely like to stay there again when I am next in Sucina.
