A solo 5 minutos a pie del bulevar Zenia ya solo 10 minutos de la impresionante playa de La Zenia.

Precioso apartamento en planta baja en el popular complejo Secreto de La Zenia, que consta de ocho edificios, con un total de 56 viviendas. El apartamento 2016 tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños, cocina bien equipada y lavadero con lavadora. Capacidad para 4 personas + cuna. La amplia y espaciosa terraza da a la piscina y al área común. Si tiene un coche de alquiler, hay un aparcamiento privado en la zona.

El complejo está cercado y el acceso solo es posible a través de puertas operadas por código. Hay una piscina comunitaria con una sección separada para niños. También está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. El área alrededor de la piscina es de 800 metros cuadrados con césped natural y árboles que dan sombra al sol, y dos jacuzzis climatizados con capacidad para 6/8 personas en cada uno. En la piscina hay duchas al aire libre, así como una sauna finlandesa con baños y duchas interiores. También hay un parque infantil y una zona de equipamiento biomecánico para los amantes del ejercicio.

Excellent stay with great location

We really enjoyed staying here with all the services available in walking distance. And on the other hand beach so near with nice walking/jogging/cycling paths. Very good place to relax and have good time with your loved ones!

Beautiful apartment, located in such a good spot, 5 mins walk to La zenia boulevard, 15 mins to the beach and loads of supermarkets. Very quiet setting most days we had the pool to ourselves. Apartment was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you possibly need. We would definitely recommend this apartment and the hosts communication was fantastic. Only thing I could say as a downfall was the aircon wasn't very cool but was available throughout the apartment.Thank you for a great wonderful stay.

Our second stay here after loving it so much the first time. We travelled as a family of 4 adults and 2 children, apartment lovely just like last year. Would recommend some lamps in the main bedrooms and perhaps a longer mirror in the main bedroom if I was to be picky. Our air con didn’t seem to work properly after the first day but key holder arrived straight away and fixed the problem, lovely and cool the rest of our stay. Pool area is fantastic, quiet and clean - even the pool toilets are spotless! Another perfect family holiday 10/10 so sad to be home we will definitely be back!

Wonderful property highly recommended

This is a very modern apartment on a great complex ideally located for all your holiday needs. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel home from home. It is five minutes from the Boulevard which has an abundance of shops and restaurants to cater for everyone's tastes both young and old.if you want to enjoy a stroll there is mini golf and go karting approximately 20 minutes away and only 10 minutes to a beautiful beach with plenty of water sports. Myself, husband and 10yr old son had an amazing holiday and would definitely book with Tom again.

Great Apartment

The apartment was really well equipped and literally right outside of the pool!Showers were great and had good pressure. Beds were comfortable and outside patio area was really pleasant with plenty of room.The only negative i could say is that the kettle leaked badly (we informed the cleaner on check out) also on VRBO it confirmed check out was 11am but was told by the host we had to check out at 9.45am which wasnt great as the host didnt turn up and advised to give the key to the cleaner!! That being said the apartment itself is lovely and would definitely stay again.The cleaner also commented on how clean the apartment was left on check out

Holiday

Myself and my friend shared the apartment. We found it perfect, comfortable beds, great showers, single story, spotlessly clean and fabulous location. Pool was just outside the door. Lovely and peaceful. Our property manager was available at short notice . We will be back.

Great stay in a lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment in late September It's spotlessly clean and has everything you need,with a well equipped kitchen,very comfortable beds and a really nice lounge area with aTV. The private terrace has ample seating and the pool is right outside with a beautiful grassed area to enjoy the Sun. There are numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy which are a short walk away. The wonderful beach is also easily walked to. Tom the host responds speedily to any queries as does Kjell the keyholder. We'll definitely be back again. John and Helen

Great location

Lovely apartment with great outdoor space . Location for shops and bars and restaurants is fantastic. Beach a nice easy walk. Showers are really good and main bedroom comfortable bed. Any queries dealt with instantly and satisfactorily by the host , thankyou.The only thing i would say is that a key is needed for the electronic gate , we were there when the power outage occured and were unable to exit the complex for the whole 7 hours, and if we had been out we would not have been able to get back in. Second bedroom would be better if the television was removed as it appears to be nonworking and just pushed into a corner on a unit. Airport pick up and drop off arranged and that was excellent service.

Cannot fault anything

Second year stopping here and yet again cannot fault this property. From booking to checking out Tom is amazing and makes our holiday even more special. Special shout out to Kjell as well as he is an amazing key holder and provided first class transport for my family and many cases with out any issues. As soon as this property is available in 2026 I’m booking, but if you can book in the meantime I highly recommend. Thanks Tom

Lovely stay

we had a lovely summer holiday in Toms apartment. It has everything you would need in an excellent location. Pool was quiet and clean. There is plenty to do in the area without the need for a car. There can be a bad smell from the car wash over the road but it’s fine in the apartment and pool area, it can be a bit concerning when you first arrive but it’s only there if you are walking past the car wash. The air con took a while to get going but then was perfect. Really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay again!

Lovely, clean, well presented property

We are a family of four with two young teenagers. The grounds security and central location of the property was perfect for the children to go to the pool. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The TV and PS4 package was appreciated by the children on very hot afternoons. Terrace furniture was comfortable and in great condition and offered shade, sun and privacy. Location of apartment was very central if you want a big shopping Centre and supermarkets on your doorstop.

Modern Apartment with pool

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a lovely large patio & outside furniture. The pool was fab however there are no sun loungers - you must bring these back & forth from the apartment. The pool manager is very strict with where these can be placed & upholds all the rules very seriously e.g. no inflatables which our kids would have loved. The beach is a bit of a walk but location to Lidl and the shopping centre is excellent. Tom is really easy to communicate with & the key holder is easily contactable.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

For us, this apartment was everything we wished for on vacation. The location is a 4 minute walk to the Zenia Boulevard, 5 minutes to the "Paddys Point" area and about a 12 minute walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and to be honest, it looks better than the photos. The outside area is very spacious and covered in shade for most of the day and this is well funished with table and chairs for eating or just relaxing on the comfortable sofas. There are some sunbeds at the front of the apartment (which catches the sun all day). There is also some beach furniture with a trolley which we used. Everything worked perfectly - the air-con is a centrally controlled unit which kept the entire apartment at a comfortable temperature. The complex itself is very well kept and appears to be very family orientated - the evenings were very peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Great Property

Stayed here as we needed somewhere wheelchair accessible for relatives that live locally in La Zenia. The apartment itself is fully accessible but there is a lip for the sliding door approx 3" high to get out onto the terrace. This wasn't an issue for us but may be if you need completely flat floors. Other than the property is great. The location is excellent, Mercadona is a 2min walk and Zenia Boulevard is just past that. 10-15min walk to the beach and 10min to the bars at La Zenia Roundabout. The pool and play area are great to keep the kids busy. Pool was a bit chilly (we visited at the end of October) but was fine once you got used to it. The furniture on the terrace is really good as well, much better than the usual plastic chairs. Makes it a great place to chill and read a book with a beer.

Muy bien, unos días de descanso y desconexion, zona muy tranquila. Instalaciones de la casa en perfectas condiciones, casi a estrenar, disfrutamos mucho del exterior y barbacoa con el buen tiempo en invierno de Orihuela. Muy cerquita dando un paseo está la playa. Deseando poder volver en verano para disfrutar de la piscina. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Väldigt fin lägenhet, allt fungerade som det skulle. Rent och snyggt överallt. Bra läge. WiFi var viktigt för oss och det var inga problem. Solen står lågt i november så uteplatsen i väster användes inte så mycket. Kan klart rekommendera detta boende.

Fantastic place to go with kids

We’ve just got home from a weeks stay at this property and can honestly not fault it. The property was clean and well kept. The communication with Tom was fantastic. We stayed with a baby and a toddler and there was everything we could need including a cot, baby bath and high chair. The complex is beautiful and very quiet, there’s a splash pool and play park which the little ones loved. It was like having a pool in our back garden! The only thing I will mention are the mosquitos which are rife at the moment, just be mindful to keep the doors shut and wear Deet if you’re prone to bites. All in all it was an amazing holiday and we’re already planning our next visit

Lovely Oasis

Great apartment, Great location. Located near to everything you need when staying in La Zenia area. Clean and peaceful, amazing pool and outside space can't recommend enough. I'll definitely stay again whet I next visit this area..
