The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator, which is typical for historic buildings in the area. Inside, it features one bedroom that can be arranged either with a king-size bed or two single beds upon request, a bright living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a stylish bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is provided, along with Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps for everyday use. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. An espresso coffee machine is available, and although there is no balcony, the windows overlook a traditional kantouni, offering charming views of Old Town street life. The building entrance is old and historic rather than modern, reflecting the age and character of the property. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in. Free street parking is available on nearby streets, and a public parking area is also within walking distance, as direct vehicle access is restricted due to the pedestrian Old Town location.
