Perfect apartment for our group!

We LOVED this apartment and the location. We were a group of 8 people and stayed only one night after our cruise but enjoyed it so much. Great local feel and restaurants close by. Frederica, our check in manager was AMAZING!!!!! We had stayed at another apartment pre-cruise and also worked with Frederica. We found her to be a perfect host and did so much to make our stay perfect. She was available to assist us before, during and after our stay. We will be back. Thank you for two great stays in Venice!!!!

Great location but difficult to find. Apartment was clean and having a separate bathroom for each room was great! Trash take out was not convenient or easy. Would have been nice to have had a few basics in the kitchen. Otherwise great stay, great location and very comfortable apartment.

You're right, garbage collection in Venice is quite complicated, because Venice is a "complicated" city. We are happy that you liked the apartment, you were kind guests, you are always welcome!

Lovely in terms of the size, really nice to have your own bedroom and lovely bathroom. Really really nice for that reason. Clean and nice size bedrooms.Kitchen doesn't have an Italian coffee maker, which is nice to have when you're in Italy. Though the apartment is not near Piazza San Marco, there are many restaurants, grocery stores, etc., close by. Easy to get here from train station as someone will take your bags to the apartment from the station by walking. No elevator, but flight to second floor was not big.
