This property was amazing- the central location made getting around easy but being an alley way off the Main Street made it quiet and relaxing. The property is very comfortable- the owners put a lot of time and effort into the design not only is it beautiful but has such thoughtful touches and Amenities.

Overall, this was one of the best booking we've done. Cristina and her husband, Franscico where first class hosts! The rental was beautiful with all top of the line amenities. Great location, convenient between San Marco and Rialto and a lovely Cafe a step from the front door.I will definitely return!

I cannot express how happy we were with each of the property and the hosts. Cristina and Francesco were both awesome! The properties location was great and for two couples is set up perfectly. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. If you want a seamless, high end visit to Venice they should be your choice. Thank you Cristina we loved our stay! Call us if you ever visit Edmonton!

Christina (the host) has been truly exceptional in all her interactions with us. She met us upon arrival to help us locate the property, she gave instruction in all rooms as the place has been recently renovated. Throughout the stay she has been checking in and even giving places to try when in certain areas. The experience has been exceptional. The air conditioning was wonderful and all the amenities (washer/dryer/dishwasher) made our stay really easy.I am truly sad we didn’t stay longer as this is the only place in all our travels where we felt at home.The property was also very clean.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and clean stay!Thanks Christina- your hospitality blew us away.

This is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in all of Europe! From the initial booking Our house Christina was wonderful. She checked in about anything we may have needed and even helped us arrange transportation going home to the airport as well as to Lido for the Venice film festival which was amazing considering hell.The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are big and decorated so beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked including water which was very helpful when we first got there. It was extremely hot and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. It was really nice to come home to the cold after being out in the humid heat all day. Everything is walkable. It was only a few minutes to the Rialto Bridge as well as Saint Marks Square and there is a ton of shopping and restaurants right outside the door. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pictures of this beautiful apartment do not do it justice. It is large, perfectly ready with a great kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, and even cookies. It is comfortable and perfect for a family, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sleeper couches also available.The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from Rualto and San Marco, each way crossing only one bridge. Waterbus stops at either place will get you anywhere you want to go.The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has many great places for dinner.Most important, I cannot say enough about our gracious hosts. They were helpful, thoughtful, accommodating and truly friendly. We highly recommend Suite Malvasia. We spent a week and wished it were longer.

Cristina provided an outstanding 5-star experience from beginning to end. She warmly welcomed us near the Rialto Bridge, helped us find the property with ease, and made check-in seamless and stress-free. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, stylish, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The location could not have been better—just a short walk to both Rialto Bridge and San Marco, making it ideal for exploring Venice while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was the wonderful Osteria restaurant located directly outside the property. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed some of the best Aperol Spritzes we had during our trip. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Venice. Cristina was an incredible host, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This property is beautiful and the host/owner was AMAZING! Christina was super helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. She helped us with tours and booked our water taxi for returning to the airport. She even arranged a private tour of the Murano glass factory with complimentary use of the company boat due to her relative working there. She made restaurant recommendations and tour recommendations. I can not say enough about how great it was to work with her. I have never experienced anything like it before. She went above and beyond. The property itself is very nice. They put so much time and effort into making it gorgeous. There were Murano glass chandeliers that were beautiful. She even stocked the refrigerator with water and provided a couple gourmet snacks. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. I will recommend it to anyone I know that plans a trip to Venice.

Our stay at this Venice apartment was absolutely exceptional from start to finish the host. Cristina was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was seamless, including helping us with travel arrangements which made arriving in Venice stress-free. The apartment itself was stunning- spotlessly, clean, beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated. The attention to detail was truly extraordinary. You can tell the host put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. What really set this place apart with a special touches. The robes and slippers made it feel like a luxury retreat, and the welcome extras – cookies, bottled water, and coffee – was such a thoughtful surprise and greatly appreciated. Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate – you will not be disappointed. This was truly one of the best days we’ve ever had!

This is hands down the best rental we've ever stayed in! The care, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning put into this home are evident as soon as you step in the door. For example, they have two stunning chandeliers made from local Murano glass, original wood beams, and a washer with built-in detergent as well as a tumble dryer and several dryer racks. It is BEAUTIFUL, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The apartment is even more spectacular in person than what you see on the provided pictures, which is rarely the case with rentals. This is the perfect place to stay in Venice, just a few minutes from both the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square! Christina and Francesco are amazing hosts! They welcomed us and made us feel completely at home during our time in Venice. Christina has over a decade of experience as a tour guide in Venice, which comes with extensive connections for restaurants, transportation, etc, AND Francesco is a 5th generation Gondolier! Do yourself a favor - book this rental and enjoy all the help you get from this wonderful couple!

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf halbem Weg zwischen Rialtobrücke und Markusplatz. Sensationelle Umgebung, trotz "mittendrin" ruhig gelegen - ausser dem Obermieter, der zwischendurch wohl marschieren übt. Alles in Allem eine tolle Sache - ab Flughafen mit dem Kursboot bis Rialtobrücke und dann 10min. Fussweg mit nur einer Brücke. Das Restaurant im gleichen Haus macht übrigens leckere Pasta, auch zum Mitnehmen. Ein Supermarkt ist 5min entfernt. Der Preis ist kein Sonderangebot und dürfte in Venedig üblich sein. Zudem werden mit 4 Personen 2 Hotelzimmer kompensiert. Gastgeberin Cristina möchte Erlebnis bieten und hat das voll und ganz erreicht. Ihre Handschrift in der Wohnungsausstattung ist erkennbar. Uns war es das Erlebnis wert. Danke für die tolle Betreuung.
