This modern sunny home is ideal for any family or friends who want to relax and also explore the city. Featuring four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a generous kitchen and a beautiful 3rd floor terrace to relax on, this is perfect for family gatherings. Three of the bedrooms have large double beds with the main bedroom holding a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bathrooms are all fitted with showers, with one also including a bathtub.
The space
The house is located in a quiet street just off Camberwell Green and is in a superb location for London transport. A 10 minute walk will take you to Denmark hill or Elephant and Castle where you can get trains to Victoria and Blackfriars within 10 minutes. Bus stops are also conveniently located and only a 2 minute walk away, giving direct routes to all of London's main attractions in central London. You can also explore Camberwell, which is bursting with a range of fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and shops within walking distance from the property.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
