Luxury suite in the heart of Rione Monti , the apartment is a quiet ground floor with a spacious outdoor terrace with table and chairs. The suite has an elegant touch od design and was created with all the major comforts of a large bed a complete kitchen area and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the wonderful area of Monti near the Colosseum and Fori Imperiali withing walking distance to all the major sites
The location of this VRBO is ideal. It is within walking distance to many Roman sights. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood. The space is quite small. Ideal for an inexpensive stay for one or two people. Carlotta met us for check-in and was thorough in explaining what we needed to know. She also gave us tips. Communication with management could have been better, but all -in-all, it was a positive experience

Good, but could have been better
I gave a 3 rating, but more important are the details of the stay because the rating is based on what is important to me - which others may not find as important. Positives: great location! decently updated interior and clean, and private backyard was nice, comfortable bed/pillows. Areas for improvement: 1. Wifi was VERY POOR! Often could not connect (and it wasn't my iPhone as I had no problems at any cafe, restaurant or bus); 2. no A/C at this time of year (23+ degrees inside unit and no air flow through window that barely opened); 3. shower stall door seal is ineffective - bathroom floor floods without putting towel on floor to impede the flow; 4. no utensils/plates/pots/pans/etc; 5. acrylic desk chair was cracked (could not use); 6. no safe for valuables. Note that the room is TINY. I was solo, and found it tight. For context, and potential fairness, this was my first VRBO rental. I travel a lot and typically stay in 4.5/5 Star hotels - so I'm used to a different level of comfort and services. Granted the price was reasonably lower than hotels in the area, so I thought I'd give it a try.
