Historic Beziers flat with A/C,next to les Halles

Stay in the heart of historic Béziers in our comfortable and stylish apartment, ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for a relaxing base in the South of France.

The apartment is designed for easy self-catering stays, with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher, making it simple to prepare breakfast, light meals or relaxed dinners after a day exploring.

The living area is a welcoming space to unwind, with a television and internet access. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and additional sleeping space on a double sofa bed. An infant cot bed is also available.

The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, bath and walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are provided for your comfort. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available for your use.

The apartment is a great base for discovering Béziers, from the historic centre, cafés and restaurants to the Canal du Midi, Saint-Nazaire Cathedral, Les Halles market and nearby Mediterranean beaches.

Please note: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessed by stairs. The stairs include a grab rail at the beginning, but they become narrower near the entrance to the kitchen, so guests should take care. This access may not be suitable for young children, guests with mobility concerns or anyone who may find stairs difficult. We want all guests to feel fully informed before booking, so please contact us with any questions about access.

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Free on-premises parking is available for small cars. A €30 cleaning fee applies.
